I personally think not, it looks pretty hip and chic, and looks so sexy when it's modified, look at these pictures before you vote...

Now what do you think?

Straight off the line - Ageing.

Modified from hardcore tuners in Japan - Looks classic and innovative.

Oddly enough, I kind of like them, but only after they have been modified. Lowering them and adding a larger set of rims really emphasizes that huge front bumper making it look like its touching the ground and gives it a sporty feel to it. Although it isn't a car for people who like performance, it does appeal to those in the car audio and tuner scene. I don't know if i'd personally buy one, but every once and a while one will turn my head.

I like the boxyness. But it looks much, much better if modified.

Can I reserve my vote and just call it "special" in the way only it's mother could love it?

Why not get the xA? It's more fuel-efficient and doesn't have the boxyness aero-dynamics, or lack thereof...

They are ugly, I haven't seen any modified ones that arn't ugly either.

The sad thing is, the xB sells better here in Grand Rapids than the xA...

Now does it have the large amount of space for stuff that the xB has, and it looks lumpy. The xB is actually a pretty good MPV in the long run. Fuel isn't really a problem when the engine only has 100 BHP. I don't like it's styling, but that styling makes it a better car than the xA.

The design is funtional - not ugly or nice in a certain sense. This is something people might be missing.

It's function is appeal to a youthful crowd, ugly or not. I buy ugly things often, and if I have to, I'll modify how they look for my benefit.

It looks like the design was inspired by the crate they're shipped in. We (That is, my car club and friends) no longer call them "xB", we call them "sB", standing for "short Bus". Because really, paint one yellow and add "_____ City/County Schools" on the side and that's exactly what it'd look like.

I'd rather own one of these:

The xB is just hideous any way you dress it up. No matter what you do to it...it will STILL BE A TOASTER!

Where's the ****ing ugly option?
That option wouldn't be here as this a family forum. We have a swear filter for a reason. Please don't try to get round it.

Yeah, cause a lot of families come on here. "Come 'round the computer kids - YSSMAN is posting!! Honey, bring the dog! We'll make an evenin' of it! Is M5Power posting that B9 Tribeca picture again?! Golly!"

By the way the vehicle is disgustingly ugly, and YSSMAN, the xB outselling the xA is not a Michigan-only thing: the xB tends to outsell the xA by a margin of a little above four to one.

One could argue though that that is because it is a better car for your money. Yes, I'm sure it is selling well mostly because it is hip because it is Japanese, but it is also a more practical car. Yes, the car is hideously ugly. But it is a practical ugly. That ugliness makes it better than the xA.

I think its ugly. The ones that are modified look a little better but they are still a box. Although I did sit in one, and it had a surprising amount of room. (Being 6'4'', I have a problem with most small cars)

I saw a imported blue Toyota bB today, I don't think they are Ugly and I don't think they are sexy either so I can't vote.

Ugly. Not sinfully so, though (the Aztek set the ugly bar to dizzying new heights). Still, I'd never want that thing parked in my driveway. The xA is also ugly. I think both of those cars were a marketing strategy by Scion to get people to buy the tC, since that looks like a beauty queen by comparison.
