Screen bouncing on GT4!! WTH

um guys the phenominum your talikng about is a safty to keep the frame rates high! if all of a suddent there are to many details for the PS2 to render at once GT4 will only refresh half the lines of resilutuion. per frame this cuts the work load on the ps2s GPU in half temporarily untill the overload is out of veiwing range thats why it happens mostly in HD mode durring the beging of a race when all 6 cars are close together in ther full 6K poly models and your going slow enuff for the high rez textures of the pavement to be in full veiw (this is also why this seams to happen in low gear when your going slow) it my be a little anoying but it beats playing NFS underware! 👍

I then got a Platinum Copy of the game, it doesn't have this glitch as far as I can observe.

This happens to me as well...i thought it was the fact that i play the game on my ps3.

on my side this always happens on Route 5 (Special Stage or Clubman Stage), but on every other course that has a rolling start, everything's A-OK..,
