Most remarkable thing about that video is Murray Walker made it through a full lap of commentary without a "Murrayism"
smiley-rolleyes010.gif

Dont really know what Murrayisms are, but I think they cant be worst that what we here in Finland had for quite a few year as the F1 commentator. He was a brilliant commentator, just a littlebit lost from time to time. An example.

F1 Commentator: " There seems to be some kind of smoke coming from the nozzles at the back of his car":scared:
Co-commentator Mika Salo (former F1): " That is totally normal - we call them nozzles exhaust pipes...":D

Fair play, now I'm a bit dissapointed to be honest

I think we may need to wait a bit more on the results of this one...

The interesting bits that amar wrote on the other forum is that the team is working on 20 hour shifts for the last 3 weeks trying to put the most they can into this next update.

They are working hard, friends. Thanks for your hard work PD 👍

I wonder what's coming next.

Hence why I'm dissapointed, I though we will be getting a major feature soon, I think the 20 hour shifts are to get the Mitsubishi and VW vision GT cars ready and maybe put on something for E3.

The best example of a Murrayism is 'I'll stop the startwatch' or 'the car leading is completely unique except for the one behind it which is identical'

Per day or per week?

Thankfully i have Ace Combat Infinity and Driver SF to keep me busy prior to the release date. I'm still praying they get the sound somewhat right as long as it doesn't sound like a 90's Oreck vacuum.

20 hour shifts for 3 weeks? I don't think so.

Did we loose something in translation?

I'll just put this here concerning this posts on this page.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gran_Turismo_(video_game)

"The game took five years to be made.[4] In an interview with Kazunori Yamauchi, development of Gran Turismo started in the second half of 1992. Yamauchi added that at different times there were only seven to 15 people that helped to develop the game.[5] When asked how difficult it was to create Gran Turismo, Yamauchi remarked: 'It took five years. In those five years, we could not see the end. I would wake up at work, go to sleep at work. It was getting cold, so I knew it must be winter. I estimate I was home only four days a year.'"

There are more statements similar to that, but it will take me more time than I'd like to find them or it.

There's numerous pics from before GT5 or 4 with employees sleeping under their desks.

Must have forgot to wake them up for GT6! I kid, I kid! It is really weird to hear they'd be pushing so many hours into the game, is that in reference to the Senna content? I'd hope PD would be better managed so their people wouldn't be pushed like that. ick, they should hire more people or farm the work out.

I just had a nap and woke up from another nightmare. I was strapped to my bed, my arm was dissected with my veins hang out. Ayrton Senna had my veins in his mouth, he was blowing air into my veins, into my body. When he got tired he looked at me and screamed, then laughed.

Does this mean anything to you guys? Has anyone here had a similar dream lately?

Bring out the senna content so I can live in peace...please!

You may want to lay off the strong cheese at night. :P

Similar...I listen to this from time to time. I used to look forward to watching F1 in equal parts because of the racing and because of Murray Walker. If you've never heard this stuff, give it a listen, it's absolutely hilarious.
