Shootings in Kentucky......

Yeah there was one in Fredricksburg, Virginia which is one county south of Stafford (where I am). Everyone is kinda worried because they think it might be the same person or people.
The one in DC happened around 9pm last night. Some old guy was sitting at his door and he got shot.
The other one was in Montgomery, Maryland. That was a family of 5.
There has been only one person who remotely knew what happened. He said that a white pick up was speeding away from the scene of the crime. What I think is stupid is that, the one in Fredricksburg happened right outside of a store so the Cashiers should have seen it or atleast heard the gun shot.

Its not like we have rampant idiots running around every day with sniper rifle blowing people to bits. We dont push other nations around and stick our nose in everyone elses business. We do not think we are king **** of this world. The whole school shooting things, yeah it happened in Canada, but not to the scale of the US. What about when the US bvlows up and kills tons of innocent civilians in Yugoslav, or in Afghanistan... no one cares. So why should I give one **** about any one who died in 9/11. Im not Canadian, im not American.. THANK GOD. The second the US stars caring about others instead of themselves is the day that I have respect for them

Erm, OK...so you're going to judge a nation based on the actions of a very few individuals. Fine.
FYI, when you have a nation as big as the US you're involved in world affairs by default. Ask the Yugoslavs who were due to be ethnically cleansed how they feel about US intervention. Ask the fathers and mothers of US soldiers killed in someone else's war about how little America cares about other people.
Lastly, YOU of all people have very little business moralizing about other people's lack of altruism - you are very obviously self-centered. It's a little like the pot calling the kettle black.

I understand that, but you dont have to act like you own the world, you dont have to command other to do what you want. The US goes too far into others business.
Iam yugoslavian, I was born in Nis. I HATE the US. They want us to cry them a river,no thanx.

Both of you morons gotta look at the facts:
Canada is rape capital of the world, the US is a little higher in murders. When it comes to thefts, their about equal. And to Endocytosis, when's the last time we had an idiot with really good aim going around killing people?
I'm a democrat and both of my parents voted for Gore. It's the dang republicans that got Bush into office. And BTW we have a pretty good record seeing as how Canada has less than half of the population of the US.
But all of that aside we should stop talking about this or else its really gonna get bad.

Many people did not vote for him. Again, you're judging an entire nation based on the profile of a few. people. Should I say that all Slavs are ungrateful based on your attitude? No, it's not fair to say that - I don't know every person in the nation.
Mybe the US gets a little pushy sometimes (I will NEVER say that the US is perfect, I know it it's far from it) but we are a large influential nation. In any international situation there will always be people who criticize you for not doing enough, and people who will criticize saying you're doing too much. So what do you do? What you think is morally right, and hope that it is in fact the best thing you can do. Please note, I am not saying that the US has never made mistakes; I am aware that plenty of mistakes have been made.

NEW: Another person shot in Maryland. A 13 year old boy got shot and critically wounded again in Bowie, Maryland at 8:09 am US eastern standerd time.
Man, this guy is crazy. He even took the time to pick up the shell on the bullet. They couldn't find it and they are researching the area as I type this now. The now know for a fact that the shooter lives in this area because this new shooting is in a residential area where it would be very easy to get lost and confused when leaving. They have confirmed that the shots are from a rifle or sniper rifle. All of the shots were from a few hundred yards away and there was only one shot per person. Balistics is finding out if the bullet is the same.
All schools in this area are on alert and dismissing in a different way. They were told to dismiss by grade level. There are cops everywhere on the way home I saw atleast 6 on the same street. Some of the schools in Maryland are opening late or closed. They think that the shootings are random. More later.
