Result ingame after just a few seconds of no-skill livery editor (it definitly wouldnt be difficult with such a simply design, but I basically dont know how to do it properly):

When I lived in Washington for a short while, my roommate had a white MR-2, like that. Well, minus the body kit; his was stock. But that thing was SO fun to drive. And it was very nimble around the turns with the MR layout. This little gem was actually done before the RS I posted prior. This is a tribute I called "Simple Street" (when times were literally simpler) for the MR2-GTS that (all you GT heads know) has been in every main GT game since GT3 A-Spec. I was really looking to honor the late 90's JDM addict/tuner look that GT helped usher in w/ this particularly awesome little MR car. She has OEM paint: Metallic Black pinstriping, High Tech White body, with custom plates, and Rays Wheels to complete the tribute and aggressive look. A 5 pt. cage was added for additional rigidity when attacking the track and the wing was left standard as it has a better flowing aesthetic imho w/ the same good functionality. This style is already on my page if interested. Thanks a lot.

Indeed! Really miss those days. They are wonderfully engineered w/ the MR layout as you stated and were so much fun on a great budget at the time of their release imho; an absolutely underrated JDM classic whose price continues to appreciate irl. When I lived in Washington for a short while, my roommate had a white MR-2, like that.
