I also picked up Fable II. Passed on Farcry 2, but will probably get it for the PC.

Do you like it? Quick read speeds, reponsive, good sound, etc?

My old 15GB is about to die (keeps resetting, the lock switch doesn't always unlock) and so I am asking for one of those for my birthday.

It would be cheaper to just get a 16GB card for my PSP, but I have the Bose Soundstation and all the adaptors for the iPod.



Better yet, does anyone know where I can get the last gen 80GB Classic? I hate how Apple puts out new models and pulls all the old ones instead of discounting them.

Yea its great. Read speed is instantaneous because its flash based. Whether the sound is good, i dont know. Not like i can tell by using a pair of shure se210. But good enough. Sound was never a priority anyways because i have other "sources" for good sound.

Only complain is that its a bit loud (even at the lowest volume) with low impedance headphones. I guess kids nowadays love to blast music/ruin their hearing and its sad apple is meeting their demands
