I usually stay away from RPG style games( have played Xenogears, somewhat of Final fantasy series) but recently, I have been playing them( Mass Effect, KOTOR, Jade Empire). But when I always enter the local Gamestop, I would always see a Fallout 3 poster.

It wasn't too badly priced, actually. I was expecting it to be rather gimmicky for £50, but so far I'm very impressed. I've wasted the last few hours playing around with it in Photoshop

I've you've got Adobe Illustrator, try it in that. Illustrator's made for graphic type pictures and with the right kit, you can create some seriously awesome results. Have fun with!
