Who would have thought Trojans would be such a hot topic here at GTP. To help aid this thread in getting back I track, I present to you:

Nice water block for the Northbridge, Southbridge, and SP200 chip on my 780i motherboard.

And here it is installed:

Also, had to get a third MCP355 pump as I seem to have fried my CPU loop pump due to water getting in the electronics area of the pump (I have no idea how it got there). I will get an RMA and get it sent to Swiftech for replacement, but in the meantime, I'm getting this one for the install. This will give me an extra pump to have on had just in case I need one.

I don't honestly care who wins, the tickets were damn near free. I'm not even a huge basketball fan but I can almost see the Palace from my house and it's something to do.

Yeah im not a huge fan of basketball either, but seeing as how I live in NC, i just thought id root for the bobcats. They will lose though. And Im actually from Michigan, so itll be an interesting game regardless.

Halo, Fable: Lost Chapters edition, and PGR2, all for just $24 (25% off)! I'm usually not into RPGs, but I must say, Fable is awesome and I've only just passed the training! PGR is okay (it looks like the Nurburgring is in, but the rest appear to be city tracks; kinda boring, don't you think? Physics are a tad bit odd, too. I got it mostly for the car list anyways.), and Halo's story is very dull so far (I've only ever played hours and hours of multiplayer before. Killzone is better).

PGR2 was massive amounts of fun for me. The Carrera GT around the 'Ring was so much fun.

But, I loved that dealership they had. I had never seen a game quite pull of something like that. Just loved it.👍

I plan on just drinking to tell you the truth since someone else has volunteered to drive. Although $8 crappy beer might limit me rather quickly. I can't believe how much they get for a Budweiser at sporting events.

Any ways I bought Tiesto's "In My Memory" album off of eBay. I've been looking all over for it but it's been rather expensive. An independent record store in downtown Lake Orion had a used copy for $27.99 which I found ludicrous. It was $13.99 on eBay and it's still new and sealed. I've just about got all the Tiesto albums, now I just need to work on getting some more vinyl's.

I got Optimus Rhyme's last EP, transfORmed, for free! It's a short album of their 5 songs that they perform live but that they have never recorded until now. I'm so stoked over it because I've been listening to live recordings of them for almost a year now. Sadly, Optimus Rhyme is no more. They are the one band I would've left town to go see. Unfortunately, they never made it to the southeast USA. :( I will always hope for a new full length, though. At their final concert they said their mission was complete, but hopefully another mission will come some day. When the wackacons return, Optimus will come back to destroy them. ;)

Today before I went to Venturing [You know, that one part of Boy Scouts no ones goes to] I went to my dad's work and got some snow clothes for a super discount of 85%. Basically I got a 250$ jacket and 150$ pair of pants for about 90 bucks. I'd post pics but I didn't have time to take any. Some time after I get home from school I'll take a picture of them together.

But, but, but it was GAME OF TEH YEAR!!!!111!!!11!one

This is why I do not like Halo. Multiplayer is great, but the story sucks, not to mention also being ripped off. Master Chief would crap his armor if he ever had to face a Protector on this Ringworld Halo.

When you get to the Library level, then tell me how dull, and repetitive, and annoying, it gets.

My uncle's case came in:

It's huge and heavy.

Don't worry, that is a good sign that its a durable case. My Antec Plus 1080AMG case is around 28 pounds(Its a full ATX tower), it has 1mm thick steel, and that's just a empty case!:sly:

Just bought this right now, and intend to pay for most of it with my birthday and Xmas money!

I will have to figure out where to take it to get the best out of it, however, since I reckon the light pollution around where I live/work is probably not going to help. Anyway, I've always wanted a telescope and now I will finally have one. :D

Woah, what a canon!

Is there some forest area near you though? There must be some spot in your area without all the light pollution, right? I guess with all that pollution you guys are seeing through the telescope what we're seeing here with our eyes! No lights FTW!

A part of Glasgow City Centre that doesnt have light pollution? thats like trying to find someone who doesnt drink in Glasgow!

Walking distance might be difficult but maybe somewhere out by the airport or maybe even strathclyde park? some of that is unlit? (although being there in the dark might bring up other issues....)

I am very envious of folks who get a great view of the night sky regularly. Funnily enough, the light pollution thing is the least of my worries. Those big grey things (technical term is rain clouds, I believe) that hang over Glasgow constantly are more of an issue!

Actually, it is only a fifteen-twenty minute drive into the countryside from here in the West End, so all I need to do now is buy a car too!

I don't know if they have them in the Glasgow area, but in the US it isn't hard to find little amateur astronomy clubs that plan events in areas so that when you tramp through some farmer's field you know you have permission. And with 20 some odd eyes looking at stuff the odds of someone seeing something cool and directing you to it are much higher.

And as these events will likely be planned around celestial events, like a comet passing by, you know you will have a place you can legally go to in order to enjoy it.

Here's the jacket and pants I was talking about last night. I wore the top half to school today, It was so comfy and warm.

Quick-edit: And my dad is going to probably be picking up some more snow clothes today at work, so I'll probably take some pictures of them too.

You got a reputation with them, then?
The neighbor that lived (notice the past tense? :P) behind me would frequently leave her blinds open while she was in the bathroom (said window was directly in line with the bedroom door (see image here)) *. It happened all too often that she would be in there whenever I would let the dogs outside. I always felt a bit weird even though one does their best to not look. A few weeks later I was out for a walk with my kids and she apologized to me for "spying" on me when I was out with the dogs.

Other than that, no...

*Before you ask, I know the layout of the house because we were looking at one with the same layout when we had ours built.

I was going to say, is it even clear enough in Scotland to use a telescope?
