Those I would need too! Already have an HDMI for the PS3 but would be nice with another one for the laptop. And on that Cat5 cable, something tells me using a cable would make the connection much better compared to the wire less **** I'm on now...

I plan to test if I see a noticeable difference on the PS3 over wireless. But this is for my 360.

Me and a friend got a good laugh out of the HDMI section at out local Wal-Mart. Premium gold-plated and braided cables being sold alongside stuff that is so cheap it was in packaging that wasn't even blister-packed. Someone is making hella money off of outdated conceptions, that is for sure.

Also, picked this up, being the first console F1 game I've bought since Formula 1 '98:

Don't really like it that much. In fact, I think the PSP version is a superior game (though perhaps just because I went through the trouble of importing it), and Grand Prix Challenge from a few years prior was more fun.

As for me:

Thanks to a special person giving me a Best Buy gift card, I can add this to the MGS Essential Collection I just got off Amazon.

And my DSL gateway has been having issues lately, so to resolve this and keep Verizon's outsourced customer service out of the picture:

Used, relatively cheap (they go for $60+, somehow), and basic. Just a single LAN port.
