Upgraded my Sonar 8.5 Studio to the Producer edition.![]()
Same here, I think I have been using CW products since Windows 3.11.Good choice, I used to use Cakewalk products a long time ago and really enjoyed them.👍
I've still got the first edition of that and was a regular collector of it for a few years....
I stopped when I fell out of touch with F1, but they seriously have some fantastic pictures in them and their articles are always an interesting read.
They did seem to be a bit tabloidy at times...is that still the case?
(I'm referring to the F1 magazines by InvincibleM5 if anyone doesn't understand my post!)
So, I am contemplating purchasing this USB fan. I see a number of people talking in reviews about using it specifically as I am intending.
I'm still waiting to find out if I need a new heart right now.I was hoping to see a perfectly good used heart for you.
Anyway why not just buy a real small electric fan to mount in the back during the winter I use one to keep my PS3 cool I just let it blow across the air vents.

I want a USB fan so that it will come on when the PS3/360 is on and turn off when I turn the PS3/360 off.
And I am trying to decide if, with the PS3, placing the fan in the back, blowing across the heat exhaust vents (intake is in the front), or placing it in the front, sucking the hot air away from the heat exhaust vents, is better. I may have to experiment.
This weekend I wired up three 12v case fans to a plug from the router I'm not using anymore and plugged it into the switched receptacle on my receiver. If you happen to have a plug that runs the same output voltage as the fans you like, you can pick up case fans for much cheaper (I only linked to those as they are the ones I'm using) than $18, otherwise needing to buy a power supply would throw the cost difference out the window.Any other ideas?
Would 35dB make a difference, considering on the other side of that clock on the right is a window unit A/C? And that room also has a HEPA air purifier running. And the fans I'm using are surprisingly quiet. The 35dB from the USB one would get severely annoying. And you really don't need 66cfm for that.
The back is solid, which means that would be a hassle.Maybe you could make the holes in the back bigger, so there is more air flow.
Beats me, I need to look into the bumpers thing but I think it makes the phone look hideous. I just want a simple, slim black case like my 3G had.
In that case I doubt it. The other thing in your favor is the variable speed switch because I'm guessing you won't have enough incoming air to feed the fan it's full 66cfm which will also drive the dB down.Would 35dB make a difference, considering on the other side of that clock on the right is a window unit A/C? Oh, I forgot to add in my previous post:

It's huge, but looks fantastic. Always ran out of space on my old one. Got a small discount on this one, so I was sold immediately.
Just got myself a new gaming PC and monitor.
27" BenQ M2700HD and the PC is one I put together myself (never buying a pre-built PC again... this is my 2nd custom one).
What is that???A mouse pad?
