Meh. My latest purchase owns that! :P

Also, I picked my bike up today and everything was top notch (and tight ;)) apart from the cheeky sods charging me 4.99 for the lube they used!. By the sounds of it the branch I bought it from has their own Bike specialist.

Just need to get the opportunity to ride it now!

£4.99? Did they use the whole bottle they purchased at retail price? What a rip off.

It's a 400ml can and judging by the amount of lubricant on the chain etc., no. Unless they were meant to give the rest to me when I collected the bike..

Glad everything is good with the bike but they're having a laugh charging for lube especially as they didn't give you the can, up to you whether you let it go or go through the hassle of challenging them about it.

On the subject of lube you should use Rock N Roll Gold Chain Lube, it's the shizzle! I hate bike chains and have tried many different lubes on my motorbikes and pedal bikes but this stuff is the best by far for pedal bikes at least, just follow the instructions (i.e. put quite a bit on while peddling backwards then wipe it off loads)

Have you seen your avatar? :sly:

Spokey Dokeys were even cooler if you had an ice lolly/popsicle stick through the callipers to make an awesome motorbike braaap noise on the spokes :dopey:

We...need to have a chat.

And I want a bike again. Haven't driven a bike in years!

Its probably at about that price, though no target here that I know of so best buy or gamestop would be the best option. I could just download it off steam for the same amount of money but it is better to have a physical copy.

Just have to make sure your system meets the game's requirements. I would prefer purchasing the disc online, if you say there is no GTA4 in stores near you, without paying $10 extra via Gamestop online.

Nice 250R Vasco 👍 Is it your first bike?

Thanks mate! Yeah, just got my learners a few weeks ago. Have only put about 20km or so on it as I only got it registered last week...and subsequently dropped it at a standstill at a roundabout (i was going in, car decided it was going to do a u-turn at said roundabout at last second, i grabbed the brakes too hard, misjudged my foot placement and it just sloooowwwwllly fell to the ground) so I have to get the indicator fixed this weekend.

Am planning on going for a long Sunday ride, can't wait :)

Dropping your bike at a standstill is embarrassingly common and it's not just the preserve of new riders. I've done it while completely stationary at traffic lights with both feet on the floor :odd: :ouch:

That's a really nice first bike, my first bike was a Honda 250N Superdream which was nearly as old as me but I still loved it and racked up some huge miles on it. Make sure you go steady as you're learning and take it easy with the front brake on poor surfaces and in the wet 👍

Three of 'em. A good boyfriend, ain't I? :sly:

Only three? Third base tonight. At a push.
(Two bases higher than where I'll probably get tonight!)

given that they're those strange Baccara Roses or however that's spelled, cost five bucks a pop and are pretty darn huge, I'll stick with just three, even if that only translates to third base ;)
Plus, we've been together for three months now (yesterday, to be precise) so the number three is kinda symbolic, too :sly:

Well, to be quite honest, I couldn't be bothered to go by train while carrying a friggin' huge buquet of roses, so that's the easy way out

Yeah, I mean, someone has to keep thinking pragmatically in this relationship, and that's most certainly not going to be her

I have an i5, a 240GT, and planty of ram so I think I'm good for medium settings at a good frame rate

Just a checklist of the minimum requirements.

  • OS: Windows XP SP2
  • Processor: Dual core processor (Intel Pentium D or better)
  • RAM: 2GB
  • Hard Drive: 18GB free hard disk space
  • Video Card: 512MB Direct3D 10 compatible video card or Direct3D 9 card compatible with Shader
  • Drive: DVD-ROM dual-layer drive

I'm torn. I have it on DVD, but for $25 I can get it on Blu-Ray.

Must decide today. :nervous:

That is exactly where I was. I have a DVD set but once you start getting things in Blu-Ray, DVD just doesn't feel quite right. The sale price is just too good I think, and you'll regret it if you don't get it.

Crooooow, why are you posting system reqs for a game? Surely anyone buying it for PC would know how to check those sorts of things?
