It's easier for manufacturers to make one kind of package and cater to everyone, than have 2 separate things to account for.
And it would be easier to sell them as singles and order the number you need.

Needed headphones with a mic so started doing some research and when I came across these I just had to have them:

They were about $100 more expensive than all the other I was looking at but there just so friggin cool

Most lugnuts come in packs of 20. Every time I've bought lugnuts they did even though every car I owned was 4-lug. It's easier for manufacturers to make one kind of package and cater to everyone, than have 2 separate things to account for.

These are sold in sets of 16 or 20 (50, even...). The ones I just ordered are purchased in bulk by the seller and they sell them in 16, 20 or 24. No retail packaging.

People still read? More specifically, men read?

Mind blown. I haven't read a book in years, and it shows in my vocabulary. I think movies and videogames are just way better.

I have done some reading, usually a book or two, off and on for a few years now and just recently have decided to start reading more often. I am currently slowly working my way through The Book of Basketball: The NBA According to The Sports Guy.

Speaking of books, I bought these last week:

Nice, what model variant?

It's a 325iX. They are suppose to be fantastic Alpine machines, so I can't wait until it snows around here, in about 5 months...

I have a bunch of Boeing store credit, so I bought this today:

I'll probably go back and buy a model plane and other junk later.

Ah you Boeing folk! My dad works for Southwest, which works for Boeing.

I think my latest purchase were these:

Great for Halo and Black Ops. Extremely detailed surround sound and big bass for explosions. I have to turn it way down for Forza though, I can't here anything outside of the cars!

4 tickets to see this, amongst others

RIAT 2011 on Sunday 17th Just hope the skies are clear! :nervous:

Those are good if you're still in college because a lot of textbooks are available for kindle. 👍
Surely half the fun of finishing College/Uni is getting to show off your stash of textbooks with big words down the side of them? Or is that just me...

Ever wondered how doctors and engineers always have book shelves full of everything? Yeah, that's how.

My wife currently has three different pathophysiology books. Not just you.

I thought they were just dud's, then read deeper and they're all genuine books. Impressive idea 👍

Some places do sell the solid block of what appears to be books for background, but these are for places where someone could walk up and look through them.

Sick! I've wanted a pair of these for quite sometime now.

They arrived today, just walked the dogs in them and I can say I'm 100% happy, they will take a while to get used to something between my toes apart from sock fluff and atheletes foot bits but they feel great. I would defiantly make sure you measure your foot though using an online guide to make sure you get the correct size.

They look like those tiny slipper/ballet things women wear.
Are those the classics? I actually want to try these now but would need something with higher sides.

No, it was for recording my guitar playing. I got it for a music project originated here at GTPlanet but it never materialized.

Cool, I have a line6 toneport UX1 that I record/produce with, im on soundclick, are you?

I play Bass, a Cort Curbow 5

I know what you mean with the ballet shoes comment, they are very low sided. Yes they are classics, I've heard the ones with the straps can rub the top of your foot. You can get some with more coverage over the foot to stop debris getting in.

@Sprite,

Arnt you scared of accidently stepping on broken glass or nails wearing those?

Not any more than thin soled shoes I have, you do feel everything under foot though. I suppose you maybe more at risk bit I guess that's the chance you take with these things.

More Steam madness for just under £10. I have about 50GBs worth of games at the moment to D/L from them and the sale isn't even finished yet. :P

I ordered this off of B&H photo for $32.09 with tax and free UPS shipping.

Replacing a HP keyboard that has been getting the Shift and Backspace keys stuck down at times(Very annoying when it happens).

Should have bought a mech keyboard :P

I picked up an old Mamiya 135mm 1:2.8, and I have an M42 to EF adapter on the way.

Is that the one with the tiny aperture pin?
Very surprising lens. I had the ricoh original and liked it a lot.

*FIVE FINGER SHOES*

Man, those are all over the place where I live. At the gym and on the trails! I don't see the appeal. I tried them on when my girlfriend was working at REI and I just couldn't figure out the benefit over a pair of trailrunners. I would hate to step on rocks or tree-roots in those!

Couldn't really care for one. I bought the keyboard for my HTPC so I could just pair it with my Logitech mouse so I only use one USB port for two devices and save one USB wire across the floor. Though if I see one I will give a test drive on how it works(I never experienced mechanical keyboards so I have no idea on how they feel).
