My Malibu got this today,
Wagner QC752A ThermoQuiet Ceramic Disc Brake Pad Set
It's an improvement over the older set of brake shoes that were the 50% metal kind and when I searched the model number nothing came up for the older pair. Read that ceramic lasts for quite a while. Cost about $55 at the store. Had to get the brakes replaced before going to college tomorrow.

So after the SD blackout I decided I should buy one of these cheapo emergency things… flashlight, radio, weather radio, USB charger, charged by hand crank or solar. The blackout taught me that 1) You absolutely need battery-free flashlights and 2) You absolutely need a radio even if you have a smartphone because the damn 3G goes to hell.

Never thought about that. I learned I need more candles than my Guadalupe and 2 glade candles.
I'll have to check to see if Ross has those. LED flashlights are the way to go, I've got about 4 or 5 scattered around the house.
Edit: Did you see everyone out of gas? Every gas station was packed with cars/tow trucks.

All G brother, I completely understand where your comming from.
I bought this little beauty from a display arms dealer at some markets once, have really sharpened it up since and it fits perfectly between the side of my mattress and the bed frame which makes it really easy to access from a lying down position in the middle of the night.
I also live in a really nice neighbourhood but due to the design of my house and where most of the living is done it normally looks like no one is ever home from the outside which gives potential thieves the idea that its an easy job.
Reason for this also is becuase I caught 2 kids once walking down the side of my house at 3am in the morning, lucky I was outside having a ahem "ciggarette".
It is also good to note that I keep two 75cm long Japanese katana blades handy at all times, this means there is always one in the car and always one lying around the home somewhere. reason for this is becuase Sydney traffic is a nightmare and violence due to road rage is becoming a pretty serious issue over time so my train of thought which is a proven & tested theory is "no one ****S with you when you run at them weilding a 75cm katana blade"
Furthermore there is a 6ft high double brick core filled re-inforced concrete fence around the whole property with 13ft shrubs on either side of the block to make it really difficult to enter the property, i know 6ft isnt very high but its an obstacle non the less. Reason for the shurbs is becuase I really really REALLY dispise interacting with my neighbours and all that neighbourly BS that go's along with it, this way with the shrubs no only is there ZERO contact with them but it also prevents them being able to look into the yard sector of the property which means my wife can sunbake topless without any hassles.

Because there easy to take care of, Don't get sick, are not going to bite or anything, are quite hardy (Don't tell anybody, I once didn't feed him for a week) Cheap to feed,
Crickets are 5 cents a pop depending where you get them (Free in the backyard/basement) Look Cool, can eat tons of different Veggies/Greens/fruits

Slightly off topic but I don't get what the deal is with the Blu Ray's front cover, many people were up in arms about it. I think its one of the best covers I've ever seen because it just says it all in one image.

Agreed, the cover for all three sets are nice, inside has a nice painting of characters from the fils too which is nice, I would love a poster of that. All the fanboys out in force over the smallest of things these days especially with blu-ray releases, look at the whoo ha with the LOTR's transfers.

I think the package is nice all around. I have the new trilogy on DVD but only have the originial trilogy on VHS, so I've never seen most of the special features before.
Would I prefer to have the original versions of the first trilogy, just remastered without the scenes added in the 90's? Sure... but thats not being offered right now, and it doesn't change the fact that I love Star Wars.

Side note: Not the best beer in the world, but rather smooth and moderately heavier than what I usually drink. First time I have had the Bitburger, probably not the last at 89yuan a keg.
