WOW. It's beautiful :D . Forgive me for asking, but what exactly is it? :P

The biggest bike I can get right now is a 50cc :( . I can get a 125 in 9 months, but I really don't want to wait because i've wanted a bike for 2 years-ish now (I still prefer cars, but I won't be turning 18 anytime soon).

How do you like it?

Thanks. Its a 2002 Yamaha YZF-R1. Its great, only did about 30km on it today, just to get a feel for it. Its a bit different to my other bike.

You will get there be patient, smaller bikes in many ways can be heaps more fun the then a big bike. 1st gear on the above bike is good for 130kph, and some of the later bikes can do 160kph in just first gear, 2nd 200kph. Having fun on them means often breaking the speed limits by a huge margin, so kind of fun in a different way.

I remember being your age, and being so impatient, I was wondering all kinds of crazy ways to get my hands on a big bike. My first bike I was 19, it was a 125 Motard with 33bhp and 7 gears, top end just about 160kph. I moved to a 1000cc V2 when I was 23, big jump but I did ok.

Well bought some more parts today. Bought a 4 foot 1/2" thick piece of aluminum u-tube(only has 3 sides to it), 3 pieces of 3"x7" metal(slightly less than 1/16" thick each and makes 1/8" combined), and a 1/8"x6" aluminum square tube(1/8" thick). Gonna have some fun making some mounts for computer hardware for a NES console(already dead and unusable) tomorrow with my friend.

That's really cool Marina.

What my girlfriend hasn't yet realised is that since i'll soon have a new camping stove, I need to go camping... and she's coming with me whether she likes it or not!

Still, at least she'll be able to bitch about it on faceache to all her fiends.

Brand new 350, new transmission, new lpg unit. :D

Nice, the '73-'87 was my favorite body style for Chev pickups. I still see these trucks everywhere, I bet they're not as common over the pond though? Eh, if you don't mind me asking, what's an LPG Unit? Is it on propane

My soon-to-be wife found this new for 15€ and bought it for me.

I'm definitely gonna say "yes" at the church.

Bought my wife's cousin the new ipad for her early birthday/graduation present. She seems pretty happy.

Sorry but what is it?

A gas/fuel-free camping stove. The seriously cool part is that it generates electricity from heat, which powers a fan to control the flame (easier to get the fire going, manage the temperature, and cool the stove down when you're finished) and can power/charge any small gadgets that you plug in!

I'll be putting a small review in the Survival Discussion Thread when it arrives, so check there if you're interested!

To my luck, it was on sale for $70 and I didn't even know. Replacing the scooter I permanently messed up for the project I handed in last week. First I'm going to swap these with ABEC 7 or 9 bearings, then I'm going to paint this thing: turning the red spokes black so it doesn't look so cheesy, and then maybe do some matte finish on the raw aluminum finish. It might end up sporting the same scheme as the Boss 302 Laguna Seca.

Wheels are painted, bearings installed :)

Sony-MDR-XB500-review.jpg

XB500s for $80. Worth every cent. Way better than those :censored:y Soul SL150s I wasted $200 on last year, and better than the Koss I got for the same price($80). And these cushions are fantastic: Feels like I'm not even wearing headphones, and I've had them on for a few hours.
I thought you bought the XB1000s already

I have a new recurve bow on the way, so i'm giving my old one to a friend's daughter. My old limbs are way too stiff for her to draw, so I bought her some new ones.

While I was ordering the new limbs, I accidentally ordered these

No, I was waiting for the money when my dad...surprised me the Koss. I said in this thread I was going to return them and get the 1000s anyway, but I ended up settling for the Koss until recently.

And that's why I no longer post purchases here unless the thing has already shipped.

Well in that case, you may as well post when it arrives in the mail ;)

In any case the XB700's in the states go for like $79 all around, why not that?
