I preordered ACIII from Gamestop today. (Well, technically yesterday now) I'm not the biggest fan of Gamestop, and I hate how they've littered the cover with Gamestop stuff, but the PS3 edition already has a bunch of crap on the cover to begin with and Gamestop has the best preorder incentive IMO, so I just decided to get it done. Don't really have anything to show for it but a receipt.

AC adapter for my crummy laptop that I'm about to replace, ÂŁ10.49:
The current universal laptop adapter (which is a replacement for the original that fried to death a couple of years ago) is literally falling apart, and I'm handing this laptop over to my brother so he can abuse it as much as he wants.

Had some credit left on a gift certificate to burn and couldn't find a computer game within budget that looked decent enough to put up with the language problems, so I bought this... *drumroll*
I used to be completely addicted to lego when I was a kid and thanks to the recent batman films, Arkham Asylum and Arkham City, my interest in Batman has been extremely high as of late. Even though it was a small kit compared to what I used to get when I was younger, I had a blast putting this together. It's now sitting with various models/trinkets on my desk.
The only downside? It reminded me of the Lego death star. I am very tempted to get one before they are inevitably discontinued and skyrocket in price, but given that I'm moving to the other side of the world again in a few years and I'm currently living in a country where earthquakes are a regular part of life, I'll wait for now. That and the fact that I just do not have the space for it right now, but my inner child is screaming at me to buy it...
I also took a look at some of the sets I had when I was younger. I gave them all to charity, but some are worth an absolute fortune now. I hope they found a good home rather than a lowballer who sold them on for a profit. Even if they weren't mint in box.

They have a nice well rounded sound, they need a deeper punch for low end stuff but they may bed in a bit.

The crack on the front of my iPhone is starting to cause havoc with the proximity sensor, and I had the back part replaced once already, but it was of rubbish quality and the part that protects the camera lens is made of plastic and is really scratched up now, leaving my all my pictures looking like it has soft focus on it. So new case it is!
