Well, I actually got these yesterday, but it was late enough to put off posting this until today. So without further ado, I'll explain what these are.
On the left is a Nyrius BT40 Bluetooth audio receiver. What it does is take a Bluetooth signal and outputs it through a 3.5mm headphone jack. Neat for things that aren't already Bluetooth enabled.
On the right is a Microsoft Wireless display dongle. It's Miracast, so I don't have to connect it to my WiFi or anything; plug and play. It gets power through the USB, so I have to make sure there's one nearby. But if there isn't, Microsoft have included an extension HDMI with a length of about four inches (what an extension!).
