Because I haven't spent enough in the last month, I just picked up this:

grill-gridiron.png

Stok Gridiron portable gas grill.

I love my charcoal grill, but rarely if ever use it during the week because it takes so long to get the coals ready. This I can use during the week, and use it for tailgating, camping, etc. It uses the little 1lb propane cylinders, but eventually I will get a hose and connect it to a 20lb tank for home use.

TB
That bolt looks very poorly placed.
That's going to be a pain in the butt to deal with. :sly:

I just bought one of these for my neighbor last week. It came in on Saturday and we like it so much, I bought another for myself. :D

Worx 20volt leaf blower.

Galaxy Gear 2 Neo

It was for my birthday, but my wife bought it on our joint-checking account. So I bought this for myself. It's funny because I didn't want one, now 3 days later, rather enjoying it.

Actually, I bought this about a week ago from Amazon. It's a Qi wireless charger with a 10,000mAh battery capacity. It has two standard USB 2.0 ports for charging other devices as well. It's a little bit taller and about the same width as my phone, so it isn't too huge.

I bought three other things afterwards (again, on Amazon), but I'll wait until they arrive before I tell you what they are. :)

Got my Zoroark plushy that I ordered from Amazon last Friday this monday. I've been waiting for a while to get one. Arrived in so early as it was suppose to come on August 4th.

You can never have too many Moleskine notebooks.

(Well, you can. I just don't know how many "too many" is.)

New ones are the Chapters Journal, Evernote Smart Ruled, and Red Classic (2nd, 3rd and 5th in the pile).

Well, I had been eyeing this piece of tech for a while now, and the wonders of impulse buying made it end up on my doorstep today. On Amazon's website, the back of the phone looked like a gaudy shiny plastic, but it turns out that the back is actually glass like an iPhone 4's. The dynamic perspective is... weird to say the least. Just from looking at the screen, seeing all those 3D icons moving around with active shading makes me think my battery is going to go in minutes. But so far I haven't had to charge it yet. Got it around two hours ago and have bet playing with it, setting up email, and installing apps (at least what I could find) and it's only at 54%. The various flicks, swivels, and tilts that are used to navigate around some spots are less than intuitive for me. Yes the phone runs a modified version of Android, so I intend on sideloading some other apps that can't be found in the appstore.

I decided to try out Loot Crate. This past month's theme was Heroes 2.

Spoilered due to numerous photos.

First up was a Batman Classic TV Q-Pop figure.

The Loot Crate box turns into a diorama, or building (see first pic) to go with the figure.

Then there is 8x10 poster of DC Bombshells Wonder Woman. This is just the image in the magazine that comes with it, as I didn't want to roll it out and risk messing it up.

Then a Zelda wristband, for all you guys that need to use the power of Triforce to keep your sweat wiped up.

Also, the awesome Star Trek Spock Air Freshener (vanilla scented)

The ever cool Batarang multitool, complete with bottle opener, key chain, flathead screwdriver and crosshead (phillips) screwdriver. This is the best of the set in my mind.

A digital Steam download for the full version of Brawlhalla along with some extra DLC. I don't even know what this game is.
IMG_0555.JPG

And finally, a hardcover edition of The League of Regrettable Superheroes. It's basically a book that goes through the history of comic books and picks out all the "what were they thinking" heroes and talks about them.
IMG_0556.JPG

And that's not all!

I went to Gatlinburg last weekend and I'm pretty sure you have to buy stuff there by law or some odd social contract.

Also spoilered for many photos.

First, I went to Pepper Palace and found out that they changed the recipe on their garlic parmesan buffalo sauce again and it is now only 60mg of sodium for 2 tablespoons. So, I bought five bottle, but that was because they had a buy 5, get 1 free sale. So...
IMG_0549.JPG

I got a free bottle of their sweet bourbon glaze. I can't wait to try it on some chicken.
IMG_0550.JPG

There is also an olive oil place there where I bought some expensive oils and vinegar. Butter-flavored olive oil (great on popcorn), Blood orange olive oil (great for chicken and marinades), and garlic balsamic (It's just great for any italian dish).
IMG_0548.JPG

I also went by the spice and tea shop. I decided my ball infuser leaks too much so got these tea filter bags that you hang into your cup and pour the hot water into, as well as Darjeeling Tea, Earl Grey Creme Tea, Blood Orange Smoothie Tea (delicious), and some vanilla powder for sprinkling on my chai lattes.

The last day there we went to an arts and crafts fair. A guy was there that sold carved sandstone tablets. It was all your usual arts and crafts stuff and some Chinese symbols. I was just walking by, passing it off when I saw one Chinese symbol that stood out among the others. The symbole looked familiar and the English font was not the same as the others. I walked up to look at it and was comparing it to the real thing on my phone when the guy walked up and started telling me how one day a woman told him he should do this symbol, so he went online and found it and the font and made her five, and now sells at least three every show.

You can't take the sky from me.

I think most of the Loot Crate stuff I might sell as a fundraiser for the Heart Walk. I don't collect pop figures and I'd even let that sweet multitool go at the right price for charity.

But my Serenity carving: If you try to take that I swear by my pretty floral bonnet, I will end you. Ain't nothing in the verse going to make me give that up.

I bought a new fan for my bedroom a few weeks ago and installed it today.

EDIT: Apparently my picture does not want to show up. :irked:

After a few-years-long hiatus, from going to Forza (aka the Dark Side) to GRID 2 and Project CARS, I'm finally coming back to good ol' GT.

i1aEsS8watQDVW.png

Reasons being I sold my Xbox 360 and One, and while Project CARS is very accomplished despite the bugs it had initially, I've missed GT's feel, photo mode, and its roster of 300 Skylines and MX-5s :P.

This week I've bought more stuff...

I needed something to attach my GoPro to for a video I plan to make at a local race next weekend. I didn't really want a pole, so I got this head band from AmazonBasics instead.

I already have two MicroSD cards, but I needed a third - with a smaller capacity - to "upgrade" old Garmin GPS to use OSM maps. I thought of getting a 4 GB card, but it ended up being more expensive than this 8 GB one. :P

I have one of these but I never wear it-- too many strange looks and it ruins my hair.
