Nice S2000! And I don’t know exactly how you did that to the G25 wheel, but it looks sick!

Currently going to buy a T-150. Not too big into the Fanatec CSL or the Thrustmaster T300RS. Only Logitech wheel I’ve really used was the Driving Force that was used on Gran Turismo 3, and that was tons o’ fun!

Yup the G25 is no more. G29 in the house!

Unfortunately my Samsung S6 got ran over in Turn 1 at Carolina Motorsports Park (true story) so now Im stuck with this 3 year old Droid Turbo which takes pretty crappy pics. Sorry.

This is mine. My neighbor had a playseat and a Logitech G25 wheel for Gran Turismo 5. He had let me try out out for a few months and then he moved to California. I was sold on the carseat and wheel experience, but my Driving Force GT wasn't going to cut it with the PS4, so I ordered a G29, bought a cloth driver seat from a wrecked 350Z off of Craigslist and built the frame from unistrut, brackets, supports and mdf. Material cost was under $200 for the seat ($40) and rig (approx. $150 with some bolts left over all from Lowes). I based the measurements off of a Ferrari 288 GTO (my dream car) cabin.

People with the Playseat, how tall are you and are you happy with the steering wheel height?
I'm only 5'-7" (170cm)... typically like the wheel close, but not high...

Hey fellows,

thought it were really nice, to see where do you do the races. I'll start with mine, it is not located in the living room (reason is my wife :indiff:), so i have made a small spot for it in my bureau. This decision was really great, because i can do some relaxing chill-out races after calling with really stupid customers... :D.
And here some small short facts: GT Sport is the very first racing sim i played, and im started in December last year. Two weeks after bought the game, i bought the equipment too and since then i try to improve my racing skills every day!

(LOL, just seeing that my headphones are happy too with GT Sport...)

Here's my set up, loosely based on the Mclaren F1 road car with three seats and the driver in the centre.
A few bits of M.D.F. and an old guitar hero drum stand covered in lots checkered duct tape to stop the telescopic legs dropping whilst driving.

The big plastic clip on the back of the stand is to place my phone in when I'm playing F1 games. With a racing sim dash app installed this makes it look exactly like the cockpit of a 2017 Williams F1 car.

I have the Playseat Challenge. I'm 6'0 or 183 cm and 230 lbs or 104 kg and I feel like I'm at the absolute limit for height and weight for this seat. I better be careful not to gain any more weight...Every time I sit down I have to do it slowly and carefully and hope it doesn't break.
