I actually just warned the OP to make some basic rules to not repeating the previous thread, like:

-Dont post baseless/vogue sourced disappointment unless the content is released or Its passed September.

-Take the speculations other than we see live with a grain of salt.

-Be civil, be polite.

This is valid not just for Sierra Update, but all future updates.

Sounds like some valid points. Though I was thoroughly entertained by the last hype train, it would be a nice change of pace to get excited with facts to back up claims

If you consider a track that looks like it came straight from Cruis'n USA challenging then maybe you are playing the wrong game...

I've seen this alot...

To this I say, if the game is too easy you are making it too easy.

Try not tuning your car and running crappy tires. Provides decent fun... and in some cases, realism.

A perfect example is the 3D feature. While in GT5 isnt exactly bad, but its inferior compared to the GT6. Other many returned features will follow the same path.

As far as 1.12 is concerned, I'm most excited for the Quick Match feature. I'm sure it'll provide more incentive to load up GT6 than a special event that we'll all churn through in a few days.

Fingers crossed it'll get released early next week, morale on this site is at an all time low (and I'm over time trials, and seasonal races).

The difference is that I actually used 3D with GT5... GT6 I haven't even bothered because the cockpit lighting is screwed up on so many car/track variants. So whats the point?
