Every forum has its rules, including this one. The mods there, as here, only enforce the ones given to them by the only people that matter - the forum owners. In the PSU's case, that is SONY/SCEA.

Fanboys? As with any forum, there are some, but what would you expect from a site that is based on ONE platform: PlayStation? Just as you have some GT fanboys here. :sly:

Cheers,

MasterGT

Your right MasterGT, I do expect them over there, but I have not seen many here. I think if CobraGirl would have just used a bit of common sense, I could have reworded the post so that it was not considered advertising.

Do you have any idea what you just wrote? :guilty:

Follow any forum's rules and you won't get threads locked, so live and learn.

Now, back to the program.

Cheers,

MasterGT

I know this is a site for GT series but I have seen more people here that are open minded and own 2 or more consoles, and like other racing games as well, that's what I'm saying. Maybe because its okay to say you have another system here, and not on Sony's forums. Turn10 and Microsoft don't even have rule that harsh, there are threads with GTHD pics, up against FM2 pics for comparison, and it isn't a flame war, its civil debate, I love these forums.

thanx for the people who signed up to now :)

How many signatures are you shooting for before you submit the petition. On average I see less then 100 users online at a time. Being that you are already over that number I'm just not sure that we are going to get a much bigger number. For some reason I notice some very prominent members that apparently are not going to participate. I wish they would put their two cents in as to why not!

well, i´m back from my trip. i´ll be here in brazil until april 15th. let´s see if we can make something in the meantime.

still no luck getting adresses to send our petition

i'm glad i found this thread. I think this is something PD simply SHOULD do. Its the future of great customer relations and even greater products.

I dream of the day we can have an official track and car wishlist where by the customers (us) get to vote on what track or car we want. Every month or two (or whatever the case may be) the top one(s) get approved and worked on to be released as a download on the PSN when they are finished. Whether that be free or a paid for download; i'm easy. If it costs then i'm okay with it as long as the users votes get counted and acted upon and that the cost is reasonable.

Cheers,

I'm sure there are many, many more (thousands) GT enthusiasts on this site that would love to sign the petition. It's most likely a matter that they haven't heard of the thread yet.

Hopefully, we can find some more ways to spread the word of it in the coming days/weeks; I'm unsure if this thread is worthy of a temporary sticky but hey, why not.

yep, that´s a good example of what we should have. anyway, i think i´ll have some news regarding the petition this week:tup:

very thoughtful idea. I like what I've seen and read and all for it.

I'm totally on for this thing, hope everything goes as planned and we 'at least' somekind of positive feedback from PD/Sony :)

I know it's been awhile since I've participated in any discussion here at GTP...but FYI...I signed petition! :D

SONY prefers paper mail (it's more effective), so send a hard copy to:

Sony Computer Entertainment America
Consumer Services
PO Box 5888 San Mateo, CA,
USA 94402-0888

or if you are in another region, use that local office's address.

Cheers,

MasterGT

thanks! i´ll be spending 6 months in the United States, so next week i should be able to handle that.
