You should make it mid-engined :D
I've tossed around that idea, but it's not worth the money to stabilize the increasingly weak chassis it already has.
That completely defeats the purpose of owning a Caravan/Voyager. The ton of space in the back.
You have to admit a 440 in the back of that thing would be pretty sweet though.

I almost...ALMOST want to sell this thing as is for like $800.

To be honest you could sell it for like a 1k and find a project car/daily driver on craigslist. And make it a WTF the car.

But first straight pipe the 🤬 out of the van.

I could but maybe in the future after I have a steady income and have another project car that's on the road. Mustangs go cheap around here most of the time.

I'd straight pipe it, but it'll sound like a tractor (though that would be funny). Pointless though because I just fixed the exhaust when I did the brake system.

I bet that is the same guy that I almost bought that Mach 1 off of. Same location. That car isn't worth that kind of money. I'd get another three wheeler before I bought that. Plus, it's a coupe, and I hate coupe Mustangs.

I'd take the air box out but I'd need to get a crankcase breather cap for the tube on the valve cover, but they don't have any that I can find for that size tube.

I do want to pull the AC unit out as well because that doesn't even work anymore.

I know was being sarcastic. And I will probably straight pipe my VW, but will also buy a borla muffler so it doesn't sound like a straight ricer.

You can't buy a Mustang for $800.
Sure you can. Mustang's aren't expensive like everyone seems to think they are.

*List of stuff wrong with it*
Easy fixes.

Not a notchback Fox fan and I'd rather have a 4 eyes car. Notchback Foxes are ugly.

@Slash, how much do 302s go for? I have a stupid idea. :mischievous:
I can pull a running motor out of the junkyard for about $100.

Too new. Too many computers/electronics/wires etc and those 4.6Ls are gutless pigs that I despise. I don't like them, don't like the motors in them because they are a bitch to work on and I never cared for that body style, period.

Car suggestions must be older than 1986 or I won't even consider it.

It's not legal to drive anywhere that has emissions testing UNLESS you register it in a state that doesn't require emissions testing on anything.

Good luck with that.

Ohio my friend, we have absolutely no laws on emissions. All you need to be street legal are seatbelts, turn signals, lights, and can go 25MPH. A custom home made car can be street legal here. :D

I know, I was in Ohio today :D
