Wow, probably the best presented and well organised galleries I've seen! Great work! 👍 👍 Like the new pics, esp. the ones with the GT40 :)

Sejtur - Checked your update, you already know what I thought of it :). I've decided I'm going to give this wallpaper idea a shot, so my next update (probably two days from now, an exam coming up) will use a bunch of shots encompassing everything I've taken so far. I have enough to work from; I counted 26 seperate sets in my gallery, and there's always the leftover comp stuff as well :D. The Zonda takes a bit of cleaning up at full-res, but I'm proud of that sliding shot (#10), because I managed to hold that slide. The car's not very drift-friendly ;).

EKMatt - Haha, thanks for the enthusiasm 👍. My main focus with that shot was to get the two cars' exhausts in. I'm glad you like it :).

Greycap - Really, you like #7? I'm shocked!
...
;)
That will be one of the shots I'll add into the wallpaper update, in unshrunken form. Not a problem :)

Fletch - I had another shot similar to that, but in the end, I'm glad I went with that one. I realize now I took an awful lot from behind, with only a couple of the front of the car. I wanted some simpler shots, since Fuji is so boring, and that one worked great. Thanks man :).

Identti - Oh, I'm fairly new to the whole Photoshop thing. Well, I used Corel Photo-Paint for years, but mostly for website designs. This is new territory to me, so I'm trying to keep it fairly simple. I mean, I used to avoid Levels like the plague ;). The first post is still what I'm most proud of in the gallery, thanks for saying that :).

Vonie - I still don't like it, but I'm making an effort to get shots in at every course ;). The curbing is exactly what reminded me, and it was the very first shot I took out of the 40+ for the set. Usually my very first shot of a shoot ends up as a throwaway, but I was so happy with that one that I had to put it up. Surely you understand ;).

Touring Mars - Thanks for dropping in :). I was happy with the grid the race gave me, because I didn't want cars I've already shot in the RX-8 set. To get both of the Ford GT racing versions was icing on the cake. As for the presentation and organization; blame the obsessive compulsiveness ;).

TVR&Ferrari_Fan - Which one, there's technically two ;). I'm assuming you mean the second shot, and not the last one, but either way, thanks man 👍

So just to recap, the next update will be in two days roughly, maybe less if I can find time between school. Keep checking back :)

Tabs - Thanks :). I've a few more I've been meaning to put up, but I always get sidetracked with new ideas...

Put them up, ay-sap! By the way, what program are you using to stitch your pictures together?

Fletch
Another great set of pics 👍

This one is my favorite

Same here. The color balance and tone are all kinds of awesome in this shot, as is with most of your other pictures. 👍

Wallpaper Group One - 11.06.05

___________________________

Update: While this isn't completely finished, here it is so far; wallpapers, ranging from today back to the beginning, including comp shoots. I'm missing the first couple gallery updates on this computer; so watch this post for when I put up the last few. The watermark is now up in the top right corner, simply because I know most peoples' start bars will cover it up. Though, it's fairly small, I didn't want it too intrusive. Also, I apologize for the quality on a couple of the shots; I cleaned them up as much as patience allows, because after a point I really wanted to be working on pictures I haven't already seen ;).

Tabs - Will do, there will be a new pano update right after I get a certain one out of the way :). I use ArcSoft Panorama Maker 3.0 👍

Enjoy everybody :)

Nice man, I clicked the pagani as wallpaper for now... I think almost all of them will see my desktop! thanks! :) 👍

Vonie - I figured somebody might ask for it ;). I'm really happy with how it turned out, in fact, I'm happy with how all the Ford wallpapers turned out. Since I didn't want to muck about with the clone stamp to remove the GT4 watermark, what I did was crop the images (keeping the aspect ratio) until it was just off, then would resample the image to the proper resolution. So I've lost a bit of quality in all the shots at the expense of getting that annoying watermark out cleanly, since I'm not too swell with the clone stamp.

EKMatt - Thanks as always man :)

Sejtur - Excellent, I'm glad someone will be putting them to use :)

I reuploaded the two WiLL VS shots, since imageshack was flaking on them. I'm not entirely sure how many others will be put up from the older updates, but they will be added into that post. After that, I've got a regular update planned, followed by another crack at some panos, so keep those comments coming people ;).

Wow! Great Gallery!

The newest shots are great! Especially the two GTIs the drifting Ford (that very old one...forgotten the name) and the Elise at the end. Great job!! 👍

Haven't commented on the Zonda set yet...
Although I'm not all that for green, you've done a great job. I specially like shots #2, 3, 7, 9 and 11. 👍

Nice selection of wallpapers, too. ;)

Update: So there's now 44 wallpapers up, rows 8-11 are all new. I'm particularly happy with how well the 787B turned out, though I guess that's not surprising really ;). It's a different shot from the banner, in case anybody's wondering.

Freddy - Thanks, the MS Elise was originally shot for the Week 31 Comp, and I was surprised that angle is available at... Laguna Seca. I ended up scrapping the idea of using that car when it was mentioned that it didn't really fit the spirit of the theme.

Diabolical - I've tried to keep green to a minimum with my updates, I don't know why really, but it just never quite works. But Fuji was just so boring that I had to add some in ;).

PerfectBalance - Thanks bud 👍

TheGuitarGuy - Glad you stopped by and enjoyed, I was just at your's, needless to say, I enjoyed it too :)

Hope everybody likes, the next proper update should be some point within the next 48 hours.

Update: Perfect Balance requested this car in the other thread, and I had a red one I wanted to shoot, so I figured I'd take the white one out for a spin. Diabolical Mask used Motorland in a recent update, and I wanted somewhere green and grassy that I haven't yet shot at, so I went in that direction. I hope everyone enjoys, especially PB ;).

Awesome update 👍 The bluebird is one of my favorite cars, but it's slow as heck...Any ways, the whole update is awesome, keep it up dude.

:D

Lovely work! The thumbs don't do the pictures any justice. It's only when you view them full size that you see how clean and crisp they are.
I'm sure PB will like them a lot. 👍

just checked out this update as i dont have time right now to look at all the other pages. but the bluebird update is great. my favorite pics are #1, #6, #7, #8, #9, and #10. and in the wallpaper update above i love that aston martin pic. im a big fan of astons and i saw that right away.

Though I don't like this car at all, I have a good feeling about this update. 👍 The pics have a really SlipZtrEm-ish style. I like the pics where you can see the clouds the most, but the best of those must be #6. :) 👍

Funny your drifting that car, and you placed other rims on it too.

EDIT: 200 replies! Yay!:D

Thanks for the comments, guys!

EKMatt - Yeah, it's a bit slow, but I had that one's HP bumped up to the max, nitrous set to max (for getting the rear loose), and R1 tires, and as you can see, it can still slide. So I'm sure it'd be tons of fun on N1's for a nice sideways car :D

Diabolical - Y'know, that is more true of these than most other updates of mine. I think it's the colours that make the thumbs look bland, and well, not everybody is excited about a 510. I surprised myself with the 5th shot, other than the license plate and the bit of road, it turned out far crisper than I would expect from a shot that close.

PerfectBalance - Glad you like them, it was a lot of fun :)

Vonie - That drift one is my favourite one too. I had a fair amount of the car sideways, but that one (and the one vert) stood out to me. Glad someone else likes it too. Funnily enough, the third shot was an "also-ran" to me, heh.

Pain Killer - The Aston is still pulled out once in a while because it's fun to throw the big thing around small tracks. Glad you like so many of the Bluebird shots man :)

Sejtur - I'm worried I might be getting too many drift shots lately. The Bluebird felt very much like a trackday car though; tiny little slicks, lightened and stiffened, completely neutral (until the nitrous was triggered, then it gets sideways fast). I'm glad they feel more my style; they do feel like they're a part of the older sets I have. I was looking for a certain other set of rims, but when I felt like the car was more-track oriented, those deep-dish old Nissan rims seemed so much more appropriate :)

Anything else? :)

Castrol Mugen NSX @ Grand Valley

___________________________

Update: While I love this car, I feel like I haven't quite done it justice. Grand Valley is just such an awesome track to lap the JGTC NSX's in, and I have fond memories of this paintjob from a project I did back in the GTR2k2 mod for F12k2 on the PC (though it was on a Porsche). Anyways, next update will be some long-overdue panoramas, and any suggestions for cars (and their opposition) will be taken into consideration. So, comment away, and enjoy this set, even if it isn't my best :)

The third one is absolutely fantastic but still my favourite is the eighth one, it reminds me of the picture on the Honda dealer in the original Gran Turismo. It wasn't a racing NSX back then but the feeling is very similar. :)

I'm also pretty sure that the Grand Valley Speedway is by far the best track for JGTC cars even if it is a fictional track. It flows very well (the GT3 version even better) and the straights are long enough to build a good speed before braking.

How about the ASL Garayia JGTC? It hasn't been photographed too much. :)

If you still haven't decided where to panorama
I'd like to suggest the last corner of clubman with the sunset city view
To be more creative, you may wanna try to put AI car as traffic
and pass them in the opposite direction
metallic color car will work like a charm 👍

ps - nice job on the mugen nsx

Nice, I like the first one, very bright & happy.
But what's this I see? More verticals than horizontals?!? Blasphemy!!

Hehe.

Greycap
The third one is absolutely fantastic
Ditto. It's my favourite of the whole bunch. The last row is also very cool. 👍

But what I really like about this set is the overall colours and how they blend so well. The car and the background seem to fit perfectly. Excellent job!

Oh, and you definitely have to start posting some of the best photos in full size. 👍
