I finally managed to find my Password for my PSN. >< So I just signed into the GT Online Profiale and copied and pasted this from there.... 👍

I finally figured out how to find my results to compare them to others. I'm not doing too badly, might give this a try to get better times.

Quick question how do you do the times for the licenses that require you to pass cars?

Do you need to race and then use the final time?
 
I'm on S8 right now, just 3 more tests and I'll be all have them all golded :)
I felt the S-license tests so far were much easier and fun. I-C and half of I-B were pure torture though.

Yes, for the racing / overtaking licenses you just submit your final time for the whole race.

You get the time for those licence tests by saving your replay.
For IC-10 , IB-10 and IA-10 you need to combine first lap time (you get by viewing the replay) and 2nd lap time (you get it from the replay theatre screen).
for IC-9 , IB-9 , IA-9 and S licence you get the times directly from replay theatre.

It is preferred that you save your licence replays , especially when you're rerunning the licences for gold junkies and alike.

Getting all gold on the Super License took me 27 minutes to get after getting my IA License. Kinda killed the thrill of it for me.

I'm slowly getting there! On friday I was 15 gold/43 silver/2 bronze and with a few hours yesterday now standard at 43 gold/17 silver/0 bronze! Have read every single post of this topic and thanks for all the advice. As many of said I have found the "S" to be the easiest with only the Suzuka Alfa and Route 5 Mclaren to go. However I seem to struggle on a lot of the licences where you have decelerate and then accelerate out of the corners (b5, b6, iC2, iC3, iC8). Just wondering if there is a general rule of thumb for Traction Control and ABS. For the licences against other cars (i.e. not timebased as such) I have found the best setup (for me) to have traction control on 5 and ABS on 10 as I like to brake very late trying to over/undertake as many of the competitors as possible. Did a quick check last night (think it was the NSX on Tokyo 246) and think that lowering traction control to 2 made a big difference, although I could just be imagining it. Any help hugely appreciated.
Oh and also reckon I will never crack iC1 (Aston braking) - I swear I have got the time of 26.716 about 10 times now!!

definately alot easier the 2nd time around

As i soon discovered the licences dont actual function for anything to do with progressing in gt mode anymore i wonder why the even put them in the game? also wheres the dealer manufacturers races?
 
Am i ever going to be added to this list?💡 I had video guides up within a week of the games release showing how to get gold, yet suprsingly im still not on the list :irked:

Now that was one hell of a big change to the leader board. Only 3 drivers, from 2 boards & 3 countries hold ALL 60 gold times! It's a mutiny! lol
 
I got all gold the other day. Not entering them in the Junkies database though, as cheated where i could cos wanted to get them over and done with. PD shouldn't have changed the formula (driving assists enabled, some contact/corner cutting etc allowed) so that you can cheat IMO... Never did in any other GT game and have all gold in every one other than GT1. Feeling of achievement was good, but not great.

Pretty much sums up the 'easiest' GT game (in terms of so many assists available for use). *sigh*
