Sorg, can you please verify options for the Course Generator when you have time for it?
Thanks!
Thanks!
As said a billion times in this thread already, there are no traces of new tracks. Can you "turn up" the setting for damage?
And is there anything related to Pikes Peak?
It's 18 December here. Common guys, don't be so suspicious. Earth is big and round, ok?
I have more than one PS3. So, i've enabled this option on two my PS3, but still couldn't make LAN battle to work.
Sorry Jav, but that sort of discussion is strictly off limits in the thread. Not sure if you've shared already or not. But if you don't mind me asking, what program/tool are you using to get into the game files?
My main interest is to know if it would be possible to move the car's sound samples arround and reassign them to different cars...
Thank you!
That isn't what he posted.
So far the thread is a 'look what I've found out' type of discussion that does not include any details as to how it was discovered other than to say it was found through hacking a PS3.
Any discussions that detail how to hack a PS3 and/or any game disc will be immediately deleted.

sorgJust tested Racing Super Soft tires (all 3 kinds).
Installed it on Lancer Evolution Racing Car and drove on Cape Ring.
Well, although RSS tires have more grip, it's not so drastically better. I've drove Racing Soft (RS) first several laps, then RSS, then came back to RS, then RSS(C), RSS(V), then came back to RS. So, it should eliminate warming up effect. Using RS i could reach 0.6sec behind RSS(C) (which looks the most grippiest kind). Of course style of driving affects times, but from my point of view, there is not a big loss without RSS tires.
Also, almost all cars have special parameter for engine break-in. You have to ride some distance to get full engine power - everybody know this. So, i've found this parameter. If i translated it correct then exact distance for full engine power is 300km (it's constant for all cars).
I don't know when RSS appeared in GT5. If from beginning, then probably their characteristics are outdated, because PD already tweaked tires several times. There is a chance that RSS didn't tweaked from time they appear.
Sorg, in the game tire value-name map, i've noticed that i miss 3 names at least: one for value 6 between Sports Soft and Racing Hard, and two (values 10 & 11) between Racing Soft and Rain.
You've mentioned Racing SS, SS(C), SS(V), but do you know the matching value for each?
Shake head at Vettel, I guess thats why the challenge on some of his times were a little hard to get too for a good majority of people?
( Racing Super soft.)
Makes you wonder if he had one of them turbos as well.
Chat soon bye for now.
EDIT: On another note sorry Mr Vettel don,t want accusations being made its just a little bit of humour I wrote that.![]()
RM Mini Cooper? Where is it now!?

Not necessarily a race mod. Looks more like it had a few decals added to it and nothing else.
Do you mean shopped? Or not? Genuine question.
