i waited 8 hours looking at a screen and for nothing to happen?!!?? Are they serious? . But the booths? Something has to happen.

Hm... it can't be it. it was only not even an hour, they booked for 3. GT5 was mentioned, and IT'LL BE ON THE SHOW FLOOR, so there HAS to be something more.

No GT5 yet...
Though the talk on the news page that the game is playable at the show is still fantastic news.
Personally I never really expected much (and I dont expect that much from TGS either), because it simply dosnt make sense (from PD/Sony's point of view) to start talking about GT5 now and taking the spotlight away from the dammed PSP version.
My thinking is that once info starts coming out of the show's floor tomorrow we will something new from GT5, even if its just some data on new cars/tracks in the game or another trailer. But they wont let us know the release date until after GT PSP has hit the shelves.

The thing that doesn't make sense to me is why would they have a playable GT5 on the floor, but they didn't make any major announcements regarding the game? The only thing I can think of is that they could put the amount of content revealed in the E3 trailer as playable on the show floor, without announcing anything else through the playable game...

If I'm not mistaken, there was some trailer showing games and one of them was GT5.
I can't honestly see that happening, makes no relevent sense to put up game thats already been out instead of one thats coming out especially if it was already to serve as a teaser itself.

In Jordan's picture, it clearly (maybe not so clearly...) is the logo for Gran Turismo 5 on the back of the TVs, not GT5P.

well i guess no one belived me when i said it wouldnt be announced at gamescon becasue kaz has been in Monterrey California for the past 3 days promoting GTPSP and checking out the cars at the historic car festival at laguna seca. theres no way he would have been able to jump on a plane and make it in time for this convention.

the rear is too short for the Caymen. And the taillights don't show the clear indicator markers. It could be because of the poor quality shot.

Good lord the majority of this site went into a state of mourning stages when gt5 was not announced.... sadness/grief/enraged/acceptance....

Nope. I knew nothing was going to happen, and the little info that we did get is more than I expected. It's a no brainer that it will be announced at TGS next month.
