So I don't have to trudge through 9 pages to find out the answer is probably not there, does anyone know what website(s) will be carrying the Sony press conference live? G4 won't, because it's not a MicroSUCK press conference.

Just a heads up for those who want video coverage from sony's press conference

Sony might be streaming the presentation them selves. When I went on HOME today I saw there was a new screen in the "Presentation podium" area flanked by two big gamescon signs.

I'm in Home right now, could you tell me where that is?

I am told Eurogamer:)

I just went to the Eurogamer site and I saw a spot in which an article will be updated live, but it didn't look like there was going to be live streaming video or anything like that...

Any other ideas?

EDIT: I think that's the best we're going to get is a live updating article. I haven't found one place yet that says they're going to have a live stream of the conference.

I think something big is gonna happen, and im not easily exited ;)

Is this game convention really that big? I'm not up on what's what in the world when it comes to game shows. I only know E3 being a U.S citizen.

I know everyone is excited, and Sony may announce some big things, but I have a hard time believing that they would choose GameCom for a complete GT5 blowout. My money is on TGS. Now, if they do come out tomorrow and release a bunch of info, it'll be fantastic. I just wouldn't get your hopes up.

Does it have to be? Isn't this more about Sony's press conference at GamesCom?

Even so, it's worth knowing. I didn't think everything had to be dead on about Gran Turismo 5.

Unfortunately I'd have to agree with you. I would definitely count on TGS because it is the second biggest show of the year (E3 is number one) and it is also in PD/Sony's home market. Remember when they revealed all that info about GT5 Prologue two years ago? That was at TGS.

In a few hours we'll have all the answers. I really hope you and I are wrong. Everyone could really use some good news regarding GT5!

Hmm, it appears as though this GamesCom will be starting at 5:00am US Eastern time. Does anyone know when Sony's going on? It's probably on Sony's lineup but I don't feel like looking around for it.
