WTF has been the best of the 3 so far, I laughed all the way through(probably because I still like to watch wrestling occasionally)

Dead celebrities sucked ass.

I don't really watch wrestling anymore, but I used to love it. I think that's why I loved that episode so much. I don't know, I just find pro wrestling to be very funny.

Your video already got taken down. But, I just got done watching the episode. I never heard that song before. It was pretty damn funny how Cartman was adding is own lyrics.

I liked this episode. Anytime you make fun of those idiot animal rights groups it's OK by me.

What a great episode - I've already made Cartman singing Poker Face my ringtone...I loved how they just repeatedly took digs at that old fat guy captaining the boat.

I thought they were going to make a joke about Cloverfield, but the Enola Gay thing was hilarious.

So far, the best episode of the season. 👍

Randy Marsh: "Look out! It's a bunch of pissed off faggots!"

Emanuel Lewis (Webster - Webster's Dictionary) was hilarious. The two kids holding up the fag sign in the back seat of the family car had me laughing so hard.

This episode was just so excellent. I'm one who understands that words have different meanings, and no need to attack people who use them just because a word has another less appropriate meaning.

Yup, really enjoyed the biker episode. The urinal scene was quite clever. But so far I have to give the best episode of this set award to Butters the Pimp.

With no shows distracting me on Wednesdays this fall I have gotten back into watching new South Park as it airs. Oh how I've missed it.

I agree with Danoff that Butters the Pimp is the best so far, but when I saw the tiny flags in the poo last night I was cracking up. It's that kind of detail I have come to love from Cartman.

Shame the season has to end tomorrow...

7/12/09 EDIT: When Season 13 comes out on DVD here in Ireland, I'm definitely buying it.

So, has anyone else been watching this new season (Season 14)?

It seems to me that they are pushing their limits a bit on what they show, and all but the F-word is passing without bleeping much of the time.

Anyway, so far we have had:

01) Sexual Healing - After Tiger Woods the government investigates sexual addiction in celebrities, finds that alien wizards are cursing $100 bills to give celebrities sexual addiction...it is the only thing that makes sense. Best Kenny death ever - and definitely an image that pushed boundaries.

02) Tale of Scrotie McBoogerballs - After reading a banned book (Catcher in the Rye) the boys set out to write a truly controversial book, only to have it be seen as a masterpiece full of symbolism and political commentary. Basically how I felt in half my literature classes growing up.

03) Medicinal Fried Chicken - For health reasons KFC is outlawed while medical marijuana is legalized. Cartman joins a chicken cartel to smuggle KFC while Randy Marsh gives himself testicular cancer to get medical marijuana. They swell large enough for him to ride them like a hippity hop. Uncensored images of large testicles are pushing boundaries...and making me laugh. Best episode so far, in my opinion.

04) You have 0 Friends - Stan fights being sucked into Facebook, only to have it literally suck him in, Tron style. Pretty much explains my entire thought of Facebook - it is evil.

To further confirm my suspicions that they are pushing the boundaries of offensiveness, my wife refuses to watch after Kenny's death in Sexual Healing.

The commentary has also been laid on pretty thick in some episodes, going so far as to have a character blatantly point out how stupid real society is acting in one instance.

Only saw the first two on SP Studios. Disagree a bit with you about the "pushing their limts" thing. There were far more pervert and extreme episodes in the past (the German version is almost always uncensored by the way).

The image of a 4th grader dead from auto-erotic asphyxiation was too far for my wife, especially considering the outfit, and where his hand was. Mostly, I think it was because he is supposed to be a 4th grader.

Language wise, we typically have gotten most of the more extreme curse words bleeped out. I have noticed more slipping through because closed captioning distinguishes between censored and said words. I think this is more a Comedy Central thing though, as I saw a stand up comic on at 10PM even get one F-bomb through and they don;t run things uncensored until 1AM on Saturdays.

Haven't seen the first one, but Medicinal Fried Chicken is the funniest episode I have seen in a long time. The 1 scene where Randy & the guys are bouncing down the street with that music is gold.

I honestly believe that is quite possibly the funniest scene in South Park history.

If it didn't risk an AUP violation I would post the You Tube clip.

Your wife hasnt seen a lot of South Park right?
"Mr Garrisons fancy new vagina" is one of the episodes where i would say that was worse and there are more. Also, Kenny died from so many sick things already, didnt found that shocking at all.

I may be wrong, but I think the song is also called Chicken on the Rocks.

Yep, she's seen that one. An adult + sexual humor of any degree is fine. A kid + sexual humor + death performing said act pushed her over the edge. Of course, she was nursing our newborn at the time too. Hormones may be playing a role.

Nice.

"Medicinal Fried Chicken" had me ROTFL. I seriously can't believe that men using their testicles as space hoppers would remain uncensored, and yet the S- and F-words aren't. "You Have 0 Friends" has really made me think about how addictive Facebook is becoming. Next time I see a parking warden I'm going to shout "You Have 0 Friends" at them (they probably do have 0 Facebook friends!).

"Uh-huh, and Matthew why is there a transvestite donkey witch standing next to you and why is it wearing a dress?"

It’s amazing that after 13 years, they’re still cranking out brilliant stuff. You really can’t ask for better writers than Trey and Matt.
