I dont have the jag...havent checked the rest yet. I also only have 978, 013 credits so I wont be getting that car soon...

Practice in my lounge tonight. Got a couple guys coming in that probably only have me on their friend list.

I'd like to get the LaSarthe regs nailed down. Spa and Monza should be ok. No worries for not having all the cars.

What Red said about break in is the reason. Easiest and fastest break in is BSpec Indy Enduro. You don't need to run the whole race, just 200 miles. Make sure you "Quit Race" not just turn off the system (yes, I did that once and didn't get the miles). Doesn't take long, less than an hour for the fast cars.

Indy endurance A-spec, x2010 car, 2 hours 5 minutes, use controller, have a friend or 2 come over an take turns. Don't forget you can "resume" endurance events too by pitting and selecting "resume"

Thanks to everyone for coming out last night. Looks like we'll have larger fields for this series. We had 4 new racers with several more interested. Hopefully all the usual crew can race. First race is next Wed. night as scheduled. I'll post up an "official" Race 1 announcement here.

The Ford MKIV will be run at 453 hp for LaSarthe. Just tops out in draft before the first chicane at nearly 200. All other cars will run at default.

Edit: The latest Seasonal-World Classic Cars has the 1965 Alfa as the Prize.

I'm going to commit to go full cockpit view. I'll try to practice a bit so I learn the size of the cars so I don't bang you guys up more than normal.

I sent you a friend request from my secondary account, if you add that I can run remote races with your shared drivers.

VINTAGE SPEC RACE SERIES-RACE 1
1966 JAGUAR XJ13 at SPA FRANCORCHAMPS
*TUNING PROHIBITED*
Race Medium Tires Only - Tire Wear set to Normal
September 18 Wednesday Evening
(2) 14 Lap races with 1 Pace lap - 1 Mandatory Pit Stop

Lounge opens +/-8:45 EST/5:45 PST
Qualifying starts at 9:30 EST/6:30 PST
Race Start at 10:00 EST/7:00 PST

Be in my Lounge (ncrthree) no later than 9:15 EST/ 6:15 PST so we can get a headcount. The races will take place in a Public Lobby reserved for the exact number of participants.

Please see the OP of this thread for qualifying procedure, aids allowed, track settings, race behavior etc.

Qualifying briefly: Do not enter track upon entering the Public Lobby. Remain in pit and enter track ONLY when called out. 1 out lap, 2 hot laps-return to pits.
Type in your time when prompted NOT while racers are on track. A Race Steward will then post the times in order. Enter track and line up in order. Race will then be started with a Pace Lap at 60mph. NO passing before the Starting Line. Clean driving is expected of course. No Turn 1 dive antics.

*Note* If you don't have the Jaguar it can be won in the ASpec Indy 500. You may run a different car but it may not exceed than the Jag's PP limit. 600PP. (will verify)

TUNING PROHIBITED: Car must not have permanent mods (engine stages and weight loss). Also you may need to manually reset to default some settings even if they've never been adjusted. Transmission setting in particular. Brake balance and power limiter can be adjusted.

We have a bunch of new drivers who are friends of my old pal Jimbo50. Thanks Jim for bringing them along. We look forward to meeting all you guys on track.

Anyone looking to break in their car. I just ran my Jag in the B-Spec Indy 500. Fully broken in.

I've got some personal issues that are going to make using the psn unlikely for a while. I hope this can still be run and I apologize for any inconveniences.

It can be run but we can also wait. Say the word. You really should be a part of this.

We were on Softs last time. I think this is the race where I initiated reverse grid for race 2. I didn't tell anyone though.
