I thought my choice would be easy. But I won't be able to come to a decision tonight. Narrowed it down to 3 of the 4 cars I was considering though. So thats some sort of progress I suppose.

the good about simulation is you can try different setup and make adjustment to any degree you want.
and you can always go back to the previous if doesn't work.
that means, you are suggested to try some setting which could be absolutely out of your box.
at the cost of just pressing couple X and < > buttons, try to adjust the chassis radically.
sometimes you'll be surprised.

Team Vodka Official Press Release:
Team Vodka is disappointed to share that they will not be able to make the redo of the DTM event.
Team Vodka has other engagements however as is our policy we would have boycotted the event anyway. We here at Team Vodka understand that not everyone has the same mentality of "be prepared for anything".
Due to the nature of our product we believe there are no "do overs" in life. We believe that if you text some skank at 2 in the morning... you may get herpies... If you get herpies you can't blame it on the bad parking spot you got at the bar. We do hope that in the future you can take whatever life throws at you. It can be one hell of a ride!
Having said that... we are pleased that our driver has returned from his "herbalist recommended sabbatical" and has done some actual testing over the last few days.
We have noticed from his cell phone records calls from a few American Manufacturers as well as a German manufacturer.
We should be able to share with you our selection for the January event in due time...

I have official news that thanks to OLE I have been accepted to be part of "Team Vodka"
For the Upcoming event that will be taking place on Daytona on January 15th 2015 I have been selected to be part of Team Vodka and I will be OLE's Partner for this event... However I have sign an agreement that will extend till June 11th 2015
That means I did an agreement to be part of this Team for the Event that will take place at SPA-Francorchamps on March 19th 2015
At LeMans I will be Driving for Team Vodka, However Team Vodka promised me that if by June 11th 2015 I happen to be on the top 6 contenders that they will let me break my agreement with them so I can be part of a LMP Team at LeMans!
SUCH A GREAT TEAM!!

I worked at Hardee's fast food restaurant making $3.56 an hour...
I knew I wanted one since the first one I saw and I saved up for it and bought it....
had 2 10inch woofers in the back...
I would jam Firehouse, Poison and Def Leppard
.........as I do to this day (just in a cooler car)

Meanwhile, both Mallet & Mrs Mallet returned to their home town where they are currently working together on the same job. This is a very pleasant time for their, occasionally geographically challenged, marriage; however, they don't have much free time for racing.
St_Bridge44 updated to v1.14 yesterday & managed to get behind the wheel for around 15 minutes. M_Mallet_Jr has yet to update.
Perhaps Mr Bridge may make a brief appearance at a casual night soon...

Hey bro that is good info on oil and engine! But I have another question. Tires! Is there an impact on tire wear and gas consumption with the different wheel and tire sizes? I heard PD worked alongside with one of the tire companies on getting as close to the real thing, but did they got that on the game or did they left something that important out? If you or anyone has any insight on this tire topic please let me know. Thanks!.

I could be wrong but I think I remember seeing something about the different wheel sizes being purely cosmetic.

we haven't even done the re-run on the DTM and the Dec Main Event yet, and you guys are testing for the Jan Event already!!!
I've been testing Daytona only to determine what vehicle I might run. 12 hour shifts at job #1 are slowing the process.
I'm actually super excited for DTM 1.5
And HOPE to get some tests in before hand.
