Hey guys, I'm just here with a friendly tip because I've been experiencing this problem lately. So over the last couple months, and more drastically in the last week, I've been experiencing issues with the pedals on my Logitech DFGT wheel. For reasons unexplained when I was on full throttle the throttle would play around like I was in a corner with traction control on. So while I was practicing night pitting today it was happening nonstop, thank god it wasn't the brake or else there would be some even more serious issues come the race. I got out my screwdriver kit and unscrewed the bottom plate that houses the sensors for the controls and lo and behold there was so much dust and crap in there an elephant would have been sneezing for a week. Out comes the vacuum to clean it all up, now I've got it all put back together and tested it again and there's no playing around (woohoo). So the moral of the story here, it's a big race we're coming up to and I know some of us have new stuff so it wouldn't be an issue but for the guys still on their old faithful equipment, check it out and make sure everything is in working order. Dust it out, wipe it down, do what you have to do to know there won't be an issue during the race. None of us want to be seeing any DNF's because of troubles outside of the game, it's sunday so hopefully you have some time to check out your rig because it could probably use a little TLC. See you guys on the track later today.

30 minutes to the first practice race.
Check your gear.

As old as the Dodge Viper is.
I'm sure my pedals are covered with debris and dust and cat hair.

Great tip! I'm sure I'm overdue for DFGT maintenance. 👍

and you've been so fast even with the dusty-glitching gas pedal....

the alien just fixed the sonic-boom switch on his spaceship... :scared:

Very good testing session this afternoon...
I'm trust this evening's session will be just as productive!
4 makes were represented this afternoon
The afternoon session began with 6 teams represented. 2 pulled out due to mechanical failure.

Team Vodka has yet to hear from their driver.
However their press representative did mention they were fairly confident they would be running the Ford GT and parting ways with Corvette.

^^^ Great photos.
Especially of the four barrel shot gun.

The Audi R8 Team Phoenix

The four rings guys, the four rings of Audi.

Ok lame joke. :dunce:

Looking at the replay, after switching to softs I can't believe I ran a 1:45.716, best for second fastest lap behind EH's 1:44.960 . I'm 3 secs slower on mediums. Think I might stay up to make round 2 of practice tonight.

Yeah not something im proud of but we got it all fixed! I was way to sober and i couldnt find anything wrong with the car haha! No on a serious note i had a issue braking and it was due to my pedal switch/wheel switch. Took about an hr to get fixed, but then again i got drunk in the process. hmmmmmm, Was it the pedals?

Lol

Viper 2 had some trouble.
Hopefully it won't discourage them. Contact us. We're on frequency 150. MHz.
Or just stop by the airport and look for our C-17.

Something wrong and look close how he shift ( shifter right beside him ):crazy::crazy::crazy::crazy:

That is actual game play footage. Watch the foot movement.
It is part of Project Cars' training mode. You as a driver will be talked through the entire lap.

So the video contains additional cameras to capture it.

Yes it is deceiving.

Viper2 car is good. On the other hand....The Drivers ego has been damage and humbled, but hasn't put the required seat time in lately to be successful. Driver is still confident in abilities and will drill down the next few days and come back strong on Thursday.

hey there
Ole here...
I'm not dead... I'm still in route to Daytona
Should be there late today or tomorrow or the next day...
I met some girls that are going to "show me around the USC campus"

I know everyone is probably talking behind my back about why I would dump Team Corvette after they showered me with my own limited edition of the 2015 C7 for personal use....

Well, I got wind of what the new Ford GT will look like, and lets be honest... I'd rather have me one of them!!!
See you jokers in a few days!!
Ole / Team Vodka OUT!
