was talking about PD haven't fixed the bug on the final-gear issue when racing offline since the last update on the other thread, actually I notice something...

the bug does affect the final gear, but it doesn't affect individual gear ratio, therefore you can still adjust the ratio of each gear to adjust the transmission.

it's more work but it's workable.

no harm to try.

Ok I been playing this game for a Week now and even tough Graphics are AMAZING, Sound Is really great and Gameplay Is fun I decided to play the game on line and It was disappointing

Here Is why :grumpy:

Ooooh, MannY! "OB, is that you?"
Got such a big laugh (and a big coughing fit in addition đź‘Ž :yuck:)... đź‘Ť đź‘Ť đź‘Ť

Regarding the dirty behavior, my very first experience with GT6 online racing was very similar (or worst) and I though: "Forget online racing!!!"
Then I met you at YouTube, then I came to S.A.C. and... I'm still there!!! :D :D :D

you can PM me if you want to... lol
In all seriousness, the reason I prefer casual racing is because when I take on a serious event like Tjger's enduros, I get way too serious about it. I start becoming reckless and desperate if I fall below the top 5 and I just give up and start messing with other drivers if I can if I end up in last. It just gets to the point where I buckle under the pressure and do things I don't understand.

you desperate to race and you are very desperate wanting to be on the front row.

each single racer have this mind-set.

it's part of the learning curve, and what you just said is more on how you deal with the competition mentally.

Racing, most part is about driving, but, more important is "how you drive".

not about "how you drive to win", but "how you drive to be a better driver."

here's how i look at it:

before you think about the ranking/position, you want to think about how to drive a clean race.

clean race as no mistake + consistent + on the limit.

when you can do that, then you start thinking about the ranking.

with the best laptime you've got, what does that laptime place you on the time-sheet??? top? mid? back??

each race I will look at who I am compete against, then I know what position/ranking I fall into. If I am racing against Mphile, EHTeam and simalive, I will not expect I will be the winner or top 3.

if I am racing against Manny, Tjger and OB, then I expect I should to be at least the top 3.

you said you become desperate when fall below top-5, but you have to look at one thing... "are you faster than the top-5?"

racing is not only about ranking, but mainly on how do you manage your own race such as laptime, consistency, patient and self-discipline, lastly the ranking.

I know i might not cover all your problem, but it is a good starting point for you.
