No not really. The scoring system is a little diffrent to say at least you can be the fastest on GT and still be eliminated and the other way around. Also everyone who is there has some kind of motorsport experience so the switch to a wheel is easy. They were not to far off. Because you cant pratice the aliens are not that fast.
You just have 3 laps and they count GT is more of a mental test in Germany than an actual driving test. You are incredible nervous everywhere are camaras. You drive some random track car combo and you need to deliver.

When you say any car and track combo, do they stick strictly to Nissans because they run the whole shabang or is it only premium cars or literally any car in the game? I'm really shooting for it this year and pointers would be awesome if you have any others you want to put them out there.

Only Nissans. We did 370z the gt3 and the gt500. As i said its more like a mental test. I would fokus on the stock time trials for practice like the new vgt. Try getting a top 16 Spot for your area i guess canada is in US GTA? You need to mange that at least because GTA competetion is much harder. A lot of people from other sims and karting drivers only compete in GTA

Hey Eh, I'm trying to tune the C2 Z06 race car and I'm getting extremely quick and violent oversteer. The car starts at 48:52, and I can't seem to find the right spring rates to make it work with an Accel lock of 20.

Edit: Yes, you read right. The 1963 z06.

Increasing body rigidity makes a big difference to the handling of this car.

Hey guys, I just joined the Spinning Arrows Club in GT6 and I'm looking forward to some fun and clean racing! I added Tarkus1, do I need to add someone else on PSN? Btw my time zone is central europe.
Welcome to the club, you can add me (mazda3pro)

Not everyone is a YouTuber.

I'm a bit concerned about how badly you want to get on YouTube.
I don't want to get on YouTube that badly, it's just I used to watch MotoGamesTV's TDU2 videos and I thought mphile might have been him considering he attached his video.

My bad.

Mphile isn't a YTer, but he is:
A great guy and very helpful!...And one of the fastest guys here.

Seriously. If you ask him about tuning he'd help you.
...We all would, that's the spirit of Spinning Arrows! We're a group of silly guys who help each other get better while laughing.

So the little buggers poking around the 1.18 code found the Round 3 car for GT Academy.

It's the #42 Greaves Motorsport Zytek-Nissan LMP2 used by our GTA winners Ordonez and Mardenborough in the 2013 24Hrs of Le Mans.

Ok, seriously, how do they decrypt the code? I thought video game code was encrypted... Jailbroken PS3s???

This reminds me of something that I wanted to ask; is there any way to make TC 0 default setting? I always set it to 0 but would be convenient to turn it off permanently
When I do put it to 0 enough times on a specific car, it will save it which is annoying for me because I drive with TC 5 and SRF on.

I don't know if you are using DS3 or a wheel, but if you happen to use DFGT wheel, you can change things like TC in race real time and I believe that in this case, it will not save the changes you made during that one race.

At Casual I go ALL out!!
I use all the help to be faster lol
But If you challenge me I'll go AID free to make the race even
I use a DS3, and I have these settings:
Transmission: Automatic (AT)
Driving Line: Off
Blind Spot Indicator: On
Active Steering: Off
Traction Control: 5
Active Stability Management (ASM): Off
ABS: 1
Skid Recovery Force: On
Controller Steering Sensitivity: 0
Force Feedback Max. Torque: 5
Force Feedback Sensitivity: 8

I'm looking forward to it! BTW do you have a schedule somewhere? When is the next race, thursday? And you do endurance once a month right?

EDIT: okay I just read your signature and got my answer haha. It will be 2am in my country but I'll go for it. What about endurance?
Add Tjger for more details

Anyone wanna do an XBOW race today to practice for the GTP event...
I don't even know if we're doing it but the xbow street at 471pp 990kg is quite fun at Silverstone GP

??
I'm going to grab some lunch now - but could be on later if anyone wants to do a little mini race

Maybe 3 10 lap races (20min each) with tuning / notes in between races??
