No, you're not! :grumpy:

You just have to learn to be patient, especially with GT-Academy events... :irked:
Trying and trying again, finding out good things (of course learning and retaining them) and correcting the bad ones until you reach your aim (I suppose at first the gold trophy...?...). :)

Let us know!... 👍
Ok, I will! And BTW I'll add u on PSN ;)

I did 2:17.428 :( :( :(
I just had a look to your result details and I noticed that your traction control is set to 5...
I would reduce the value to zero... 💡

You should know that here at the S.A.C. the guys rarely drive with a traction control set to more than zero. The only aid used is ABS set to 1...
You should learn to drive any cars without any aid EXCEPT ABS set to 1. With more practice, you'll see how much faster you are without any aid...

:D Please notice that this is NOT a rule, but just a friendly advice! :D

Feel free to do according to your convenience... 👍

Ok, but... I remember turning TC off after I failed to ACTUALLY do a lap with it without exiting the track...

Was able to get down to a 2:09.23(offical lap) last night with about 70 minutes of driving, sector best being a 2:08.77. idea tonight is gonna be get the .3 tenths that im losing in sector 1 then getting threw maggots and becketts which is a 🤬🤬 to get into the 2:08

I know, I know, I'm a bit off topic right now with all the cool talk about the GT Academy going on but if I wait any longer there may be a mutiny. And that's the one bit of advice my father gave me as a young child that stuck with me.

Tarkus' dad: "No matter what Tark, don't get caught up in a mutiny". Yep, that was his advice to me as a child and if you're wondering, he didn't really call me tarkus.

Anyway, I actually got on here to post the agenda for the casual races tomorrow night/morning. So here we go:

Race 1 - 490PP @ Trial Mtn with any car under this PP limit.
Race 2 will be VFT and 520PP any car.
Race 3 is not wasting any time. we're headed to Daytona for the Dirty Races early. This is not b/c I was just there either!!
Please have a NASCAR ready for this.
Race 4 - winner of Dirty Nascar picks next PP limit and we VFT.
Race 5 - VFT and 550PP any car.
Race 6 - One make race with VFT and car TBD.
Race 7 - VFT and 570PP.
Race 8 - 3 laps at Charmonix - get your snow tires ready boyz.
Race 9 - Back to the asphalt and 5 laps. VFT and 590PP.
Race 10 - Full out balls to the wall or pedal to the medal so bring what you got for 1 lap around the special stage with slipstream on strong.

As usual, the races will start approx. 8pm EST with about 5-6 minutes between each race set automatically. There will be new rules being strictly enforced for this race (don't ask me how I can possibly enforce them though). Each person that finishes a previous race in a position ahead of Tarkus, must run the next race in first gear only. Yeah, that'll teach ya!!!!!

Ok, I probably won't hold anyone to that last part but if the vodka kicks in early enough, watch out!!
Hope to see you all on the track especially since I haven't been there in a couple weeks.

Oh yeah, one more thing. if you have any questions or concerns about the agenda or would like any changes, don't hesitate to let me know.

Tonight was a prime example of why I attend casual night all the time. Yes, we can be casual and just BS, talk smack and mess around. But there are instances of pure competition and challenge that get the adrenaline flowing that complete the cycle of awesome. Having fun has been the cornerstone of casual night and tonight did not disappoint.
