18:15: Lobby opens. Gathering/Warm-up period begins.

18:45: Qualifying begins and lasts for 15 minutes (2× 10 minute sessions for multi-class events).
Reserves are contacted if spaces exist after the gathering period.

19:00: Qualifying ends. Checks are made on PSN, GTPlanet & Discord for anyone running late. Competitors get a short break during this.

19:10: Race Starts.

After Race: Race finishes. Incidents can be reported via DM. Session ends.

We will be utilizing the GT Ruleset for all events, as well as the Multi-Class supplementary section for the following:

SRF Licence Points will be up for grabs for all events.

*Track limits: 2 wheels must be within the white line or kerb.
*Bump drafting: Prohibited.
*Excessive weaving at a distance: Allowed (See GT Ruleset: 6 for gap when weaving becomes prohibited).
*Exiting to the pits to repair damage instead of driving to them: Allowed.
*Minimum distance required to be classified: 75%

A note to keep checking the "car availability" tabs on Post #4 of the thread where there are car limits. So far we have filled up on regular slots for the following:

*Mazda 787B (Group C Legends)
*Porsche 919 HY (Porsche vs Toyota)
*Toyota TS050 HY (Porsche vs Toyota)

Reserve spaces still remain if insistent on the car, but it won't guarantee you taking part. In this situation it is advised that you choose another car.

Also a reminder to check out the extra tab within the "Registration Format" tab (Post #3) regarding how to register for "The NES Classic."

Thanks again for your incredible support that we've been getting! We have just reached our first full entry list (Porsche vs Toyota event), but this doesn't mean that we might not have any need for more sign-ups. We are still taking reserve entries, which will work on a first-come first-promoted basis dependant on which car you enter with. For this reason I'd encourage reserve entries for that event to be flexible when it comes to car choice, as the likelihood is we won't know who might be absent on raceday.

The first event, the Sainte-Croix 1 Hour, has as of posting reached 13/14 entries. If we do get to the point of reserve entries for that, then it would also be a first-come first-promoted situation.
