Thank you! One of my birthday wishes has come true! Even though It won't be out for a few months:

  • Full combined Nürburgring endurance course (Nordschleife + GP layout)

Did anyone buy the recent DLC at full price $5.49? ( That's US dollery-doos, not sure about that Canada-skrill) ;) The price has since changed to the correct $3.49. If you want to take 15-20 minutes you can go chat with the PS online support and get that $2 back to put toward the next DLC you'll inevitably buy. Make sure you have the transaction ID and be nice when talking to them. :cheers:

Yeah $2 is nothing, but after being gyped on the "Typo" on the pcars site about the pre-order, I figured 🤬 it, wth. We have to maintain our principals. I mean, if it was Amazon.com, they would have auto credited us, but Sony is a little more frugal.

We've already spent probably $100 on this game... give me mah $2! :lol:

Ok tonight we will play around with the new DLC cars, we will also cycle through the tracks for our next series :dopey:. This will be a relaxed format with small races and a bunch of booze:cheers: (well for me anyways :D). So come on out and join the fun, and i hope to see ya! We will start at 7-8pmish est, so when you get there you get there, no rush!

Hey @GTracerEHTeam are you having any issues with the ruf gt3 car as fas as wondering all over down the straight? Im practicing with grim and trap and they are having some serious issues with the car not tracking straight? Please let me know asap so i can try and help these guys, thanks!!!

Edit: this being a controller issue, thats why im asking, also if you could post up that controller setting you found maybe it will help these guys out?

So after my two awesome Quali sessions and decent starts both races ended in misery more or less. Now because of this, I've been on the internet and I found this:

That, is a link to probably the best feeling controller setup I have felt in Project Cars. It still has feeling, but doesn't try to kill you all the time. You can slide the car, and get it back, it's brilliant to me at least. Do try it out for those of you still stuck to gamepads, it makes a world of difference.

The other thing, is apparently Qatar's first sports car, there's a thread for it in the depths of the website if you dare to go find it...

Hopefully the avid Top Gear viewers among us will see what I did here

Actually I should as too which track that is on because if you're at Road America I can tell you for sure that front straight is not straight at all.

I have tested some and I haven't noticed any wonky tracking, although this car has a track bar so maybe they would want to take a look at those settings too.
 
I have run some laps at road America and have encountered the same problem its worse on the back straight than the front I thought it was just me
 
Just a heads up to everyone we will be removing the mandatory pit for laguna seca because of a crashing clitch. Basically it runs you straight into the pit wall and you could get stuck :banghead:. If you do pit please use the proper pit exit road and dont cut out onto the track!

Won't be racing Tuesday, wheel is 🤬 waiting for Thrustmaster email. It keeps slamming to the right on startup calibration.

I had the same issue, 3 times :banghead::banghead::banghead:. I now have a brand new one in the box just sitting here collecting dust:confused:. If you can afford it order a t500 a while and save yourself the headache! It took forever for me to get stuff sorted out with them:mad:. I purchased the g29, the t500 used, and got my t300 back all within that month, so i was able to try them all and i love the t500 the most so that would be my choice! Good luck!

Not sure if you saw it or not, but there as a thread on exactly this topic, Rufs @ Road America... so might be something wonky with the track?

Its go time boys! Tonight we fire up the Ruf Cup series for 3 weeks of action:eek: & Rounds 1&2 tonight:tup:. Thanks in advance to Mr Mcinnis for putting this all together for us to enjoy :bowdown:. I will see all of you guys tonight, and lets play nice :D.
