SRT TOMAHAWK VISION GT OT (Now available)

I swear the rear view photo is the first photo I've ever seen that growls. Maybe the growl was in my head but I definitely heard a growl when I looked at it.

V10 + Hybrid?

CRITICAL ERROR: VIPER HAS LEFT THE ATMOSPHERE AT OVER 35,000 MPH

WE ARE ALL DOOMED, PREPARE TO EVACUATE.

Those five exhaust "pipes", all in a row, are definitely making a statement.

The LFA has three, yes, but in practical terms for the same reason the 458 does (but used in the opposite way). The design aspect may add something here (think GT90), but I don't know a lot about aesthetics.

There is no practical benefit to having 5 individual pipes like that for any conceivably "sane" car engine (i.e. less than 20 cylinders), at all.
Aventador SV has a V12 with four exhausts. There are a lot of variations of the latest styling tropes.

You might wrong about that in the future buddy. Remember a time where computers were the size of ovens and needed huge fans to cool down ? Now we walk around with mini computers in our pockets more powerful than a gaming pc from 2012. Time changes everything.

That's a bit apples and oranges, you are comparing computational power which is limited by silicon manufacturing processes and are on course to exponentially increase due to new material transistors to energy density and efficiency of converting heat to kinetic, neither of which can ever surpass 100%

Either way it's good to see or glimpse as the case may be a car that is (maybe) more seated in reality.

You see the thing is how do you know??...I'm no expert or very smart person or anything like that. But what I do know people always say this will never do that and that will never do this. But the thing about the future is that the rules that grounds us to reality now won't be the same lets say 500 years from now. You think anyone in the 1400s ever thought about artificial intelligence ??

・Fiat Chrysler plans to show the digital vehicle to journalists on Tuesday with the help of Gran Turismo developer Kazunori Yamauchi
・The vehicle will be released exclusively in Gran Turismo 6 this summer.

"this summer"

So far, save for the course emulator, we have been seeing a steady stream of VGT cars. GT6 may have gotten a slow start, but i now believe that it is gaining traction.

This looks cool and I like the name too reminds of black ops 1 and 2 and .....ugh 3 but other than that I look forward to driving this

Now THIS, I wanna see! No idea why, but I thought I read somewhere that it was a sigle seater...don't quote me on that though, my brian is mush as of late.

Anyhow, I'm definatly looking forward to this one. Now I just wanna see the Ford VGT. The concept drawing in-game for that one look SWEET!

I'm looking forward to seeing this fully revealed this Tuesday. It looks pretty amazing so far with the ultra aggressive styling and 5 exhausts. Hopefully there are colour options too.

Well, we've seen a Red example and a bare carbon one too, so i'm willing to bet that there will be color options.

I'm wondering if its going to be classified as a street-legal vehicle or not.

WHAT? ... Oh ok, see you next month maybe :indiff:

I see you missed the part where it'll be publically revealed this upcoming Tuesday ;)

Speaking of which, anyone know where exactly this is happening?

Looks amazing. I'm getting hints of McLaren at the the front and a bit of Koenigsegg at the rear. I hope it has a V10. That'd me cool.

@magawolaz, you might want to edit that picture, due to the strong language.

waaa, serious? Even if it's a well-known meme?
No problem, sorry everyone

EDIT: looks like it's already been taken care of

But that's the practical solution. Four lots of three-cylinder groupings, for torque; it's been that way for almost as long as there have been V12s.

I wouldn't discard an inline-5 or a V8, although the V10 is still a major competitor.
I don't think the exhaust pipe is much of a clue, really...
My point is that it does not discount a V10 any more than it discounts any other engine configuration, on the practical terms you laid out: manifold configuration.

It is a design feature, nothing more, nothing less. And as such, it could be making a clear statement. :)
