I love you.Handful of games on my wishilist are on sale, but none deep enough for me to justify pulling the trigger.
Did pick up a game called Kairo which wasn't on my wishlist. It was only a buck and looked interesting (or at the very least, didn't look like one of the plethora of lazily produced cash grabs that typically flood the dirt-cheap end of the spectrum on Steam...)
They're both 40% off.
I think for the price, ETS2 is great fun. I got it for about $7 or so, and love it, soooo many mods available too.I'm eyeing two games on my wishlist. Boderlands 2 GoTY and AOE II HD Edition. Also ETS is very interesting. I'll see what I buy.
How are the LEGO games? I have not played any of them.
Bought it. Downloading and installing right now.Crusader Kings and Europa Universalis went on sale. The complete EU4 package including all DLCs is 75% off and sits at ~24 bucks. Gotta pull the trigger on that.
/edit:
Just watching a Let's Play and I feel like I'd be dropping the game again in a week because it's just way too complex for me to actually relax while playing it
From what I've heard, they vary in quality a fair bit but the more recent ones are pretty good. I have a few but haven't played enough to form a helpful opinion.
I decided to set myself a budget of £50 and picked up some things:
Subnautica
Metro: Last Light redux
Neon Struct
BlazeRush
Polybridge
The Beginner's Guide and
Just Cause 3.
That should keep me going for some time. I still kind of want Volo Airsport though!
Subnautica is on my list, think that might have to be a buy.

When did they ditch the daily deals? And why? There are no new deals at all, ever - everything will remain at the current price for the duration, so there's no rush.
When did they ditch the daily deals? And why?
He who shall deliver us to the Promised Land“We’ll still be highlighting your top games on the front page for 24-48 hour spans, but those products will stay at their most competitive discount, before and after being featured.”
“It’s not a major change, but it does make the sale a lot more valuable for customers, and it allows us to build sale features that recommend your product all sale long, instead of just during its front page feature.”
“For a brand new release, if you can’t get approval for your best discount for the full length of the sale, that’s OK and we can work on a plan for that game. But the vast majority of your catalog should be running its best discount for the duration of the sale.”
When did they ditch the daily deals? And why?
So I think I'm going to take the leap on the ETS2.
