Steering Indicator - Response lag

I'm fairly new to GT4. (GT3 veteran) I opted for the steering indicator to show on screen while I'm racing. I'm using a Madcatz MC2 wheel. I'm noticing a pretty lengthy lag time between the wheel input movement and what the indicator shows. I'ts just a fraction of a second, but, that makes all the difference in chicanes and High Speed bends. Anybody else notice this?

I'm not sure if this is a wheel or controler issue if that's normal response delay.

i dunno. maybe it is like that to help prevent the wheel from feeling to sensative with madcats lower steering lock. i didnt notice any of this lag you speak of with the DFP... but my dog chewed up my gt4 cd a few months ago so i cant check.

if my dog was to do that, I would kill him for sure
