Beginners hall: FR Challenge race 5 - Driving Park Motorland
Car: BMW 120i '04 (New, oil changed) / FR / 159HP / 1335kg / 8.371kg/HP / 200 A-spec points. Easiest 200 A-Spec points this far!:dopey: Even though, the starting grid had such sportscars as BMW M Coupe, Honda S2000, Chrysler Crossfire etc.. they all had approximately 50-150 bhp more than I did. but, as soon as my tires warmed up, I simply slaughtered them in corners. I recommend this race with this car.👍 :)

Unfortunately, whichever race it was, it won't be eligible, since R2 tyres are never allowed on a Road Car.
Sorry. :guilty:
Please remember to check the rules in post #1 for clarification before submitting a race.

Nice idea.

I thought just to post and say I have done El Capitan endurance in the Suzuki GSX R4 stock, and have done New York in the Opera Performance car, both for 200 a-spec points, which I have, so put me on the list.

Then I saw there are a couple of entries needed for other races, so here goes.

These weren't for 200 A-Spec so I expect they will be bettered.

European Hall : 1000 Miles Race 2 Opera Paris
Car: Nissan Skyline 2000 GT-B (S54A) '67/FR/S1s/123BHP/1095KG/17.00KG? 72A-Spec points by foghorn_100

European Hall : 1000 Miles Race 3 Cote D'Azur
Car: Nissan Skyline 2000 GT-B (S54A) '67/FR/N3s👎 /123BHP/1095KG/17.00KG? 76A-Spec points by foghorn_100

European Hall : 1000 Miles Race 4 Sarthe
Car: Nissan Skyline 2000 GT-B (S54A) '67/FR/S1s/123BHP/1095KG/17.00KG? 72A-Spec points by foghorn_100

I will do Nurb in this series just to complete the four as well. the 1970 skyline does it for 41 a-spec, but i will probably go for around 70 a-spec at least when i do it.

Thanks for the submissions foghorn_100, I've added 2 of your races (Opera Paris and Sarthe) to the list.
The Cote D'azur race isn't eligible since you've used N3 tyres, which is not in the rules I'm afraid. :guilty:
Also I'm a little confused by the 17.00KG figure after you power and weight figures. I've highlighted it in your quote above.
If you take your weight and divide by the power you get 8.9kg/HP as a WPR figure, which is what I've added in the list for you.
Please post the stats for your stock GSX/R4 and Opera Performance, (Not sure if you mean the S2000 or Z model) and the races, to get entered into the Club 200 list.

T4 GTR
200 a-spec points!!!!
Whow thats some hefty competition.
T4 GTR

200 A-spec in a stock car is supposed to make for som hard duelling.
If you read post #1 you'll see that it can be done for a lot of races. If you want to try, I suggest you start with some tracks with lots of corners, like deep forest or trial mountain. For 200 points, most opponents will outrun you during straights, but with some skillful driving, you'll pawn them in cornering.
It's also about finding the right cars to make for a stock win.

Good luck.

PS: This isn't a thread just for 200 A-spec wins. It's for all STOCK wins whatever high A-spec.
The list in post #1 is ment as a reference to other racers, making it easier to choose cars for races.

Another rally for me, and, I'm surprised to see, it fills a gap!
I'm getting to really like the RWD rally thing, much more fun than 4WD in my eyes, but then I'm a bit

Special Conditions: Swiss Alps Rally : Normal difficulty
Car: Nissan 240RS Rally Car '85 / FR / 237HP / 970kg / 4.1kg/HP / vs. Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VI RS T.M.E. '00 / 161 A-spec points

Beginner Hall - Sunday Cup:
Beginner Course - Suzuki Wagon R RR '98 - 56hp -189 Points

vs. Fait Punto, Alfa 147, Toyota b8, Renault Megane, Honda Ballade

European Hall: Schwarzwald A: Trial Mountain:
BMW120d (completely stock, no oil change : FR / 161HP/ 1415kg): 200 Points

The first time an Audi S3 started in pole, and it was too hard to catch up with it, so I finished second. The second time I tried the S3 started in fourth place and this time I won fairly easily.

Thanks for editing the correct information into your post agent kri!
I was about to ask you to do what I'm going to ask someone else to do below!
Congratulations on finally joining the ranks of CLUB 200! You're our newest member! 👍

@ burnit thanks for the submission, I'll see it makes the list, if you wouldn't mind giving us the rest of the information for the car, I'd appreciate that too. Just the weight would be good, so I can calculate a WPR value for it as well.

Another one from Smallhorses' stable of fine racing! :)

Special Conditions: Swiss Alps Rally (reverse) : Normal difficulty
Car: Mitsubishi Pajero Rally Raid Car '85 / 4WD / ?HP (230HP on garage screen) / 1202kg / ?kg/HP (5.2kg/HP using garage HP value) / vs. Subaru Impreza Rally Car '99 / 191 A-spec points.

EAT MY DRIFT!!!

Professional Hall: Boxer Spirit Race 1- Hong Kong Normal

Car: '00 RUF 3400S (S2 tires) / MR / 326 HP (oil changed) / 1300 KG / 3.99 kg/hp / 140 A-spec pts.

Professional Hall: Boxer Spirit Race 2- Infineon Raceway (Sports Car Course)

Car: '00 RUF 3400S (S2 tires) / MR / 326 HP (oil changed) / 1300 KG / 3.99 kg/hp / 161 A-spec pts.

Professional Hall: Boxer Spirit Race 3- Deep Forest Raceway Reverse

Car: '00 RUF 3400S (S2 tires) / MR / 326 HP (oil changed) / 1300 KG / 3.99 kg/hp / 143 A-spec pts.

Overall all 3 races were a fairly easy win. 👎

Thanks RVDNuT374! I'll see they're entered into the list! 👍
Why not submit the GVS300km race you wrote up for entry to the elite group of racers in post #1?
Unless there's an illegal tyre modification, this'll get you instant membership of CLUB 200! :D
Remember to post it in the same format you've put in your Boxer Spirit entries!

My latest, and highly gigglesome entry, although not quite the magic 200!:-

Special Conditions: Whistler Ice Race (reverse) : Easy difficulty
Car: Honda Odyssey '03 / 4WD / 158HP / 1700kg / 10.8kg/HP  / vs. Mitsubishi Lancer 1600 GSR Rally Car '74 / 194 A-spec points

If you can get a good 1st lap, and stay within 4s of the Lancer, he'll feel the pressure :nervous: and stuff it in the right hand turn after the chicane following the start/finish line! Pass him while he recovers, and you're a winner!

D'oh! :dunce:

*Edit* Forgot to mention I bought the Odyssey after being sorely disappointed by the :yuck: Element that I wasted 20-odd thousand Cr on! That thing just does not accelerate in stock form! I'm hoping with a close or superclose transmission it'll be good for 200pts at Chamonix reverse (Easy) but it won't be eligible here. :( :grumpy:

Now that you reminded me..... ;)

Endurance Hall: Grand Valley 300

Car: '01 Toyota Altezza Touring Car / FR / 321 HP (oil changed) / 1000 kg / 3.21 kg/hp / 200 A-spec pts.

Excellent, welcome to CLUB 200, RVDNuT374! :D You'll be added to the list when the next update occurs. 👍

The format of Post #1 has altered, as many of you have probably noticed.
hispeed has moved the CLUB 200 list to the bottom of the post, since the primary focus should be on the races themselves, as a good reference guide for other racers seeking stock A-spec points, not the racers themselves.
Don't worry, though, the list is still there, you've just got to scroll down a little further now to see your name in lights! :D

*Edit* Just noticed, this thread is rapidly approaching 30,000 views and is headed into the top 50 most viewed GT4 threads on GTPlanet soon! Nice job hispeed! :)
And the rest of you.....keep those races coming!!!! Thanks for all the contributions!!!!! ;)

*Edit* Another race, only 7 more rallies to go now, the reverse version of this, then all of the Grand Canyon ones, which are mega-hard for some reason!

Special Conditions: Yosemite Rally I : Hard difficulty
Car: Toyota Celica GT-Four Rally Car (ST205) '95 / 4WD / 299HP / 1200kg / 4.0kg/HP / vs. Subaru Impreza Rally Car '03 / 108 A-spec points

Don't know why I'm struggling with Grand Canyon? Went back to practice on S-Licence test to see if I'd forgotten the circuit, and beat my previous gold time by over a second on only my 5th attempt! :ouch: 2'45.5xx, 1.5s under gold time, so it shouldn't be so hard, but even in a 10pt race I'm down by about 6 - 9s after 1 lap on easy, medium and hard! What's going on? Anyone got any advice? :banghead:

Next one for me, finally found a car I can just about compete in here, and it's still not into triple digits for points! :grumpy:

Special Conditions : Grand Canyon Rally : Easy difficulty
Car: Nissan SilEighty '98 / FR / 203HP / 1170kg / 5.8kg/HP / vs. Mitsubishi Lancer 1600 GSR Rally Car '74 / 99 A-spec points.

*Edit* Just got done with the reverse too, again not much pointage....:indiff:

Special Conditions : Grand Canyon Rally (reverse) : Easy difficulty
Car: Mitsubishi Galant 2.0 DOHC Turbo VR-4 '89 (6.2mile used, no oil) / 4WD / 217HP / 1340kg / 6.2kg/HP / vs. Toyota Celica GT-Four RC (ST185) '91 / 84 A-spec points :grumpy:

Well, since there's no entry for this yet, I might as well start low....:(

Special Conditions : Grand Canyon Rally (reverse) : Normal difficulty
Car: Ford RS200 '84 / 4WD / 247HP / 1180kg / 4.8kg/HP / vs. Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IV GSR '96 / 77 A-spec points

There's 138 points available if you can seek out the Evo VI RS TME to race against, but while he's easier to pass to begin with, (runs wide at 2nd hairpin after clipping the inside :dunce: ) he's much more difficult to keep behind you, and doesn't hesitate to barge you out of the way at any given opportunity, unlike the Evo IV, who'll only ram you occasionally. :grumpy:
Was determined to get the 138 points, but go so fed up with having the Evo VI bouncing off the walls to get marginally in front, and then causing me to get a 5s penalty as he veers way across the track catching my front end on the way, and the fact that it takes 10 enter/exits to find the bugger, meant I settled for the less aggressive, Evo IV and less points :(

*Edit* Here's the other way, still pitiful points, but passing here is next to impossible unless you're way overpowered! :irked:

Special Conditions : Grand Canyon Rally : Normal difficulty
Car: Subaru Impreza Sedan WRX STi Ver.IV (GC) '97 (Used, no oil) / 4WD / 251HP / 1250kg / 5.0kg/HP / vs. Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IV GSR '96 / 72 A-spec points

*Edit* Wow! I love this car! It made the hard race go like a dream! Great prizecar reward for the normal level races! Only took 2 attempts to do this cleanly enough for submission, whereas the othe GC races have take 10s of attempts for every race!

Special Conditions : Grand Canyon Rally : Hard difficulty
Car: Mitsubishi CZ-3 Tarmac Rally Car '02 / 4WD / ?HP (320HP on garage screen) / 1200kg / ?kg/HP (3.8kg/HP using garage value) / vs. Subaru Impreza Rally Car '03 / 87 A-spec points

Not great points again, but I'm happy to only have 1 GC race left now! Run out of rally cars to do the reverse race in, and I've not enough credits left, after buying all those dirt tyres, to buy another rally car! Got to go and win the Peugeot 206 Cup.....;)

Thanks for the submissions foghorn_100, I've added 2 of your races (Opera Paris and Sarthe) to the list.
The Cote D'azur race isn't eligible since you've used N3 tyres, which is not in the rules I'm afraid.

Thanks for the update foghorn_100, you've become the newest addition to the CLUB 200 list found in post #1.

Found your El Capitan report too, can't believe I'd overlooked that one, I'm usually fanatical about reading any endurance race reports! :guilty:

I won't be making another update until June now, since I'm away from home for most of May. Keep the entries coming CLUB 200ers and I'll take care of adding them when I get back!

It's official, this is now in the Top 50 most viewed threads on the main Gran Turismo 4 board, in at number 45!

I could win the All Japan GT Championship at Suzuka East in a RE Amemiya RX-7 + R3's all round and oil change for 200 pts...

...If I hadn't gone into turn 1 too hot, caught the grass and spun.
