Stuck in offline mode- How to fix?

I haven't been able to play GT7 because it is stuck in Offline mode. I am at a loss to explain why and it seems like I've tried everything. My PS4 is connected to WiFi and online modes in other games works. I've tried restarting the PS4. I've tried deleting GT and re downloading it. I've tried changing DNS settings, which someone on reddit suggested. Any other ideas or how to fix this issue?
