Alfa has been removed from the manufacturers list on the website, and has been for quite some time now.

That's odd as it still is listed in the game.

As for the Subaru; if they make a real life model of it, I'm predicting it'll be unveiled at the LA Auto Show later this month. That would fall in line perfectly with PD saying the next update will be late November.

It doesnt strike me as a dirt-based car unfortunately... :guilty:

To be fair, the Aston Martin doesn't look like a rally car either and it still surprisingly has dirt tires. Given how Subaru are usually associated with off-road racing like Mitsubishi, I'd say it's probable the car will be allowed to use dirt tires. But nothing is granted until we have the car in the game. I hope PD let us use the car for rallying though.

I'd be surprised if we couldn't use dirt/snow tires with the Subaru. Especially considering all of the history they have in rallying.

Oh, and speaking of an Aston Martin rally car...

I hope you're wrong :nervous:

Thats a good point actually. if the aston martin could play dirt, i dont see why the subaru shouldnt be able to!

Did PD not pay the guy to finish the video past 0:44?

Strange comment, it's a teaser, it couldn't show so much. Trailer director had already done the full thing for the reveal, you just need to wait for the car's reveal.

That wasn't so abrupt. Have you seen the DP-100 teaser? Then again it would only be an abrupt ending if the scene cut ended in bad timing, if you have produced videos you would had a good sense of ending the video. I think all trailers so far end smoothly.

And suggesting that PD did not pay the guy who did the trailer?? Absolutely low of you.

Note that considering the bodykit, I think this will be a GT500 spec car. Though it can also rally but theres a chance that it isnt.

Well geez that went completely under my radar... That's disappointing, I was really looking forward to that one...

Looks more like a Legacy Wagon descendant than an SUV to me. The front is too busy for my tastes, but the rear end is

I fully expect this to have Dirt & Snow tires. The Mitsubishi VGT doesn't look like it can clear a speed hump either but it still has rally tires 👍

Disappoint at its best, the only italian manufacturer from the list gone...
This subaru vgt is looking great, maybe it's a fair opponent to the FT-1 released earlier these months

I wouldn't be too worried. Alfa is still listed in the list in-game. Most likely the Alfa icon on the website just got displaced when they added Mini to the list, and PD forgot to check. Their sketch also looks mostly ready so why would they pull out now?

I'd be more worried about Bertone since they've gone bankrupt, but even their picture is still there. Only time will tell I guess...

Being more motorsport relevant than alfa ( even if the last one gave birth to ferrari) Bertone wouldn't have problem finding a last minute solution, or a project backer with enough money.
BTW lookin better at the brands partecipating VGT, i get my hopes up for both zagato and giugiaro, wouldn't mind a lambo one but that one is not so much "italian" anymore to me
Hope this suby has a functioning internal view this time.
