What are the average times? With the baby and hospital stay I have had almost no practice time.
Anybody wanna take a shot at a Z06 challenge? 7:22.68 on Sports Softs in Nurburgring.

djchon661As for the pit, we are going with whatever the game has set. It worked for our last race here and should do fine once again.
djchon661Just a heads up, I won't be making tonights event. Gotta bring home momma and the baby today and they are gonna need my help. Roadrash will be running this event.
I will try to log on and at least watch the race but other than that its roadrashes show.
brettceetook me like 5 minutes to find our thread, when did they move it? So our we using the long route on pit exit? I didn't even realize there were two exits![]()
boshuterI'll take #24, just because it's the only one I have in this account.
Aren't some of those cars only available as DLC's? I hate to see people have to purchase a car for one race, it's different if you are joining a series where you will use the car for more than one race.
brettceeSo this weeks race is NASCAR correct? We should all pick different cars, I believe there are 13 different cars:
P Impala SS (#14 Tony Stewart NASCAR, '09)
P Impala SS (#24 Jeff Gordon NASCAR, '10)
P Impala SS (#42 Juan Pablo Montoya NASCAR, '10)
P Impala SS (#48 Jimmie Johnson NASCAR, '09)
P Impala SS (#88 Dale Earnhardt, Jr. NASCAR, '10)
P Fusion (#99 Carl Edwards NASCAR, '10)
P Fusion (#43 AJ Allmendinger NASCAR '10)
P Camry (#11 Denny Hamlin NASCAR, '09)
P Camry (#18 Kyle Busch NASCAR, '10)
P Camry (#20 Joey Lagano Home Depot NASCAR, '10)
P Camry (#20 Joey Lagano GameStop NASCAR, '10)
P Camry (#55 Michael Waltrip NASCAR, '09)
P Camry (#83 Brian Vickers NASCAR, '10)
djchon661Well said JT and Roadrash. This can be a really fun race as long as everybody stays focused and drives fairly. We will be relying on the honor system pretty heavily but I know I can trust you guys.
As JT wrote, whenever you hear a "Caution" alert immediately slow down to 60 MPH and note who is in front and back of you. A pace car (volunteer needed) will then head out and lead the pack around the course for a lap or two. When the pace car heads to the pits you will then hear a "Ready, Ready, Ready Green" Do not accelerate until you hear the "Green"
I recommend everybody practicing with roadrash a least a couple of times during the week to get the hang of this.
I wasn't going to enforce everybody using a different NASCAR vehicle but if thats what you guys want to do then I'm fine with it (although someone already took my #48 car)
Maybe next time instead of a first come first serve when it comes to what vehicle you want we can hold a drawing or contest somehow.
I don't think we'll have to drive different cars it would be really cool if we did but some people might already have a car that someone else is using and shouldn't have to buy a new one for one race. Although it would be easier for DJ's awesome race recaps. I say run what you brung.

xR0ADRASHxWell said JT. I'll also donate a Camaro RM to the pace driver. Those rules sound perfect. I think the only thing you missed is the yellow line rule. No passing below the yellow line, if you go below the line and pass you should give the spot back. It would be hard to enforce but I think the honor system in our group should suffice
AllinWitJTCan we pass with 2 wheels below the line?
xR0ADRASHxRegan Smith was DQ'd I believe in the 500 race for dropping 2 wheels below the line vs. smoke a couple years ago. As far as Nascar is concerned it's out of bounds. As far as our league goes let's just try not to make a pass below the line. It will be hard to enforce, and were not Sprint cup drivers so let try to keep it above the line. I guess the only time it would become an issue is coming to the stripe on the last lap
AllinWitJTI think I'm just confused with the real rules when it comes to some tracks versus all tracks. I think there is a few tracks where you can drop two wheels in the turns. Don't recall which and not really sure. But yeah, no wheels below is a good rule. I do know that in the game, at Daytona and any wheel below the line will spin you.
xR0ADRASHxDaytona and Talledegga are the only two tracks that passing below the yellow line is forbidden
