I think the safest way to go is to say nothing with a roll cage. Does that sound right?

Out of curiousities sake can the racers that participated in the race post the car they used and its PP? I wanna see how the PP might affect future competitions. Please post the PP of the car in the exact same form that you used to race. I will be posting my info up as soon as my daughter quits watching netflix

I wonder how far apart all the cars were in terms of PP. That would be a good guideline to set for the next race. Something like all cars need to be within 10 PP of X number for example.

djchon661, my pp was a lot higher than prophet's (i think my hp went up a bit as i drove it as it was a brand new car), so in the hands of the same driver, my wrx should be faster than his. but i think there is a flaw in the game as i was fighting just not to get lapped. ha!

That sucks I had a ps3 die on me. If it ylod on you you might want to consider doing the DIY fix so you can do a ps3-to-ps3 data transfer so you can keep all your game data including anything that might be copy protected.
I would offer to host the next race but I dont think my isp has enough up speed (only get about 50kBps)

Sorry to hear this. I actually had my PS3 die on me around December '10 (after 3 solid years of game data), my 1 month of GT5 data along with everything else was gone. If you have warranty or somekind of way to retrieve your data, do it. I had to start all over in GT5. I know how you feel.

I am very interested and appreciate your offer to host. A later start time would be no problem for me. I think you should be able to name car restrictions and track. If it is ok with djchon, I think we should keep racing, because I would hate to see the league fade away. The results should not count in the standings with djchon unable to participate.

folks, i will host the race this thursday at 9 pm est (approximately...i have rehearsal and should make it back by 9 pm, if not, please wait a few minutes or so and i'll start the lobby asap).
i'll throw these restrictions out to start the discussion:

500 pp or 350 hp/1700 kg
no race cars and no RM
sports soft
15 laps (1 mandatory pit stop taken whenever)

All of the above sounds great to me. I kind of like the 350/1700kg, but 500pp would be fine with me also. I don't know if we have time for a full vote, so maybe you should go ahead and go with what you would like. I don't know if everybody in the league is following this thread. If djchon sees this maybe he could post it on the website. Thanks for your efforts!
