If the glove compartment doesn't open (far cars that actually have glove compartments... as I am a reasonable person) not only won't I buy it, but I'm going to start an online petition against all their games!

I've haven't seen any as of late. I found the publisher's Youtube channel and have suscribed for news on it, but so far nothing.

btw, it seems System3/eutechnyx are having some troubles to keep their beta testers from violating NDAs. I don't agree or support such behaviour, as it's obviously wrong, but I don't have any responsability for it either.
In the last days, some SCC BETA game-play has leaked into youtube, the videos don't stay up for long, but if you guys do, every now and then, a youtube search using keywords like "supercar" "challenge" "Beta" "PS3" "DBR9" "Spa" "Hockenheim" "Ferrari", "McLaren" ... you might get lucky.

Ever since word of the delay, news about scc has all but dried up. Could we find out more at E3? Will it be further delayed or will it be released down the track with no further info? Apart from the beta testers youtube leaks we havnt seen any videos of the game in action since chandras camera view video

This is where there dropping a preverbial *******. the games nearly on the doorstep so to speak but unless your a die hard fan of ferrari challenge then you wouldn't know it existed! I've see 1 magazine article and 1 official vid of the game......look at NFS Shift and the kind of PR job there doing. I know were talking budget constraints but gettig a few of the devs or PR guys to post on some of the big sites (aka here amoung others) would cost nothing or fire a few more vids or even screen shots out there! A small effort would go a long way compared to the lack of anything wev'e come to expect!
If any of you remember the Forza 2 forums and daily blog that they had running thats the kind of thing EVERY developer should be doing. Really dose make you wonder how these companies miss the obvious sometimes.

NFS Shift looks to have grabbed their market, so a delay beyond June could convince many to save their money for NFS.

Yeah the more they delay the more it slides into the shift, GT5 and forza 3 release window which with the poor PR will harm sales. theres a game called V8 Superstars.....yeah I'd not heard of it either, released by codemasters due prety soon, again no info out there on it and just one (poor) vid on youtube.

Not to mention MS where Forza 3 will be among most important X360 titles of the year with all marketing involved. And no matter how SCC will be good, it will probably halve their predicted sales. Sadly.

I have to agree with Amar but I really hope they release it quite soon. One possibility would be is to reduce it's price. That would possibly give SCC a boost in sales. Instead of the 60 Euros, sell it for 39,99 or something.

I'm going to assume that you mean Motorstorm 3? I know it was somewhat expected but that's the first i've heard of any announcement for it.
yea, ppl who woodve bought this game as theres not many ps3 racing games out there atm will definately think about waiting out for shift or even gt5 depending on whether or not they confirm the release date at e3.
Il probably buy it anyway but gameplay vid or simple beta preview / review by a game site would be great to increase my interest. Even a quick progress post by someone on the team here or there own forum would be something

BTW: While you'll still get the best video quality by going to the actual YouTube listing (double click on the embedded video) there are a couple not so obvious tricks to improve the quality of embedded YouTube videos when posting in a forum like GTP.
Instead of using the normal
Becomes this (keep in mind you still have to click on the red HQ button after it starts playing to stream the HQ version):

Although not direct rivals, there are also big hitters such as Fight Night Round 4, UFC, Ghostbusters, inFamous etc. all due in June, in Q1 the only rival was Killzone 2.
That being said, if SCC is good, I'll buy it.

I don't think I'm going to buy SCC. I didn't like FCTP (didn't buy it) and SCC seems to be a polished (in terms of graphics, physics etc...) FCTP sim with more cars.
And another very good reason. I don't own a PS3 and I'm not going to buy a PS3 for a game that I probably won't like.
