I downloaded this last night

best time so far is a 2.33.7 in the Suburu Sti, in pro mode with no assists and N2 tyres.

best time in the BMW with same setup was 2.35.0.

these N2 tyres are tricky thats for sure...but fun

Here is a quick spin I did with each car using S2 tyres (pro mode, no aids etc)

I wish the demo had a time trial mode then I would bother to see how much faster I could get them.

Any more N3 times?

Managed a 2.32.0 in the suburu sti on N3's, no assists, pro mode, manual

and a 2.32.6 in the Evo with same setup. Neither laps were perfect .

I thought the Evo would be faster as it turns in much better with less understeer on the power and feels lighter with better brakes, i guess the suburu makes up for it with better acceleration and top end on the straights.

I did it on my 2nd or 3rd run and unable to do it again since. It has been 2 days now. I think, I was only able to get that time by drafting+luck. I remembered not doing so well on the first lap of that run, but I ended up at the right place at the right time on the second run. By that, I mean I was able to draft at most long straight.

Being better now, I pass more cars on the first lap. Sometimes already leading at the start of a 2nd lap. My best with the same set up is 2.27.0xx

So I guess the best way to do this should be to let all cars pass you and wait to make sure you won't see them again. That'd be the more accurate representation of lap time.

That's a hell of a fast lap you got there. 👍

As far as posting a pic of the laptime, the only thing it would prove is that you (or anyone else) had completed a lap in that time. It wouldn't show if it was clean or not.

And since we can't save replays, it's all about being honest here.
It's not a competition anyway, it's mostly for curiosity and seeing how your times stack up with other members'.

I really don't see why would anyone would post false times on this thread...

It depends what tires your using to get the times as to how good they are, and what physics you have the game set to. You also failed to mention what cars were involved. Not trying to be picky, im just curious to know.

oh yeah i used the nissan skyline and evo Lancer

my tyres were on R3
duno bout physics my dad downloaded the demo
