Nah, it's fine!
You just need to get used to that car, and experiment with the settings (and then you can go one hell of a lot faster)!

Often takes a while to get used to it, I only really unlocked the true potential of the Infiniti in the final three rounds.

Current cars will be unchanged in spec. New specs will come when I return from my trip away.

The use of turbo is allowed next year correct?

Furi, it would be better if you give us the spec for the new cars before the trip, so everyone can test it and give you feedback if we feel anything needs a change before T8CA starts.

Yes ~ Any turbo in fact.

@ Michelin I don't want to have arguments and grumpy people whilst I am away.

I think people are civilized enough to not do that, but in fact, it's your series, your choice. I'm talking from the everyone else point of view.

If paul is testing them then leave them secret. He knows how to balance cars well, and won't need our help. 1 person testing is a lot fairer than 6/7 people.

I think everyone wants the specs so we can get a head start on our setups, not to check for equality.

All cars have been balanced and tested by Paul, apart from the Ford from which I already had a spec from season 5 to tweak. We already know bmw, Infiniti, Mazda, Honda, and Audi specs.

I already know the performance differences and 7 of them have barely a second covering them.

I even refused a request by smuffy my teammate. Its unfair to allow others Specs at this time.

He has already given you 5 specs. The ford isn't balanced yet, and therefore can't be given out. It will probably change and then your setup will probably be useless, and therefore your time is wasted. Why not try and test with the current cars (that will be in T8CA), find out the best one for tyre wear, race pace, one lap pace and which one is best at all tracks. Then there is no reason for the mid-season moaning about how the cars are unfair. Test 5 out now, find your favorite 2 or 3, then back to back them with the 3 new specs when they are out.

Agreed. Then people won't bitch about there being no time to pick and test?

yep. Like I said, test out the one's you can at ALL tracks. Don't just do one and think, 'Oh it's quickest here, I'll use it for the whole season'. One car will be strongest at maybe 2/3 tracks, but each car will have A track where it excels. Don't start moaning that it's to quick if it was a second off the pace at the previous track.

Well, as requested, here is the T8CA car list.

Audi TT 3.2
BMW 1 Series tii
Ford Focus ST
Honda CRZ
Infiniti Coupe
Mazda Atenza
Peugeot 207 GTi
Volkswagen Golf Mk6

Are you a girl. Im not trying to offend you haha. I take it youre joking.

I'm not a girl, and I'm kind of joking. While it's true I like their music, I'm not like one of those 12 year old girls that constantly freak out and do nothing but watch their videos.

I'll take specs whenever they come out. Paul knows what he's doing.

For this season, I'm looking to get a teammate to challange for the teams title. I can use any car really as I have no preference.

The drivers who got 12 and locked in will get a special preference to pick on of two cars. I'm allowing like last season maximum of 4/5 cars per make (or 4/6 if there's 2/3 teams).

I'll know more about what car I want when official specs are released. The mazda looks tempting.
