I had to take these at unusual angles as when I took them from were I wanted to the flames would move about a half metre forward from were they should be. You can still see it in the second image where the flame shows through the air intake as opposed to being perfectly positioned behind the exhaust prior to actually taking the photo. It is frustrating!

ugh I hate this I can not capture it at all. I have tried so hard and can clearly see it, but the camera just won't take it.

Some just don't work, the flame is to fast for the shutter depending on what stage of the flame it is

Not to worry hang on a few more days till spec II is released then get snap happy with the replay controls :D I can't wait for this myself, Hope the implement it right.

See im no photo expert or anything but what really ruins that photo is the amount of blur, Hopefully with the upcoming replay controls we wont have to resort to such measures so readily.

The new GT5 2.0 update will make taking backfire pics MUCH easier because now we will be able to rewind our replays! :)👍

I am still having issues taking exhaust flame out photos. I'll get them in frame, snap the pic, and it isn't there. I have been successful, but not in a while and Spec 2 didn't fix it. Someone mentioned shutter speed. Has anyone had theirs disappear/appear with different settings.

The above picture was my first flaming shot.. on the pause screen it showed up like the picture above but when i took the shot, it turned out to have half the flame gone (on default shutter speed). I took the shutter speed to its quickest and got this shot. I dont have much experience with backfire pictures so maybe somebody else knows more..?

Im not sure if anyone else has picked up on this on another thread, if so sorry, but has anyone noticed how the backfire flame is misplaced since the new update? On my X2010 and Ferrari F10, the flame is coming out of the front of the sidepod?! Im pretty damn sure its not my photographic skills, because im actually not bad at taking pics of backfires....http://pauldavidlett.deviantart.com/gallery/31576437?offset=24.....
Is it another glitch? Is anyone else experiencing this?? If no one knows what im on about ill put a pic up.....

To this day I have NEVER been able to make that stupid little flame show up on camera without showing up as a little yellow streak. I was kinda hoping 2.0 would fix this crap. This is driving me insane, especially when people come in saying "this is my first attempt" and the flame is clearer than anything I've ever been able to produce.

Ok.... so I got something good. It's still not as clear as I want it to be, but meh.

do you think this is fake? its actually not
the trick I used? turn the brightness of the picture to 5.0 resulting in largest flames possible.
well, you can call it "edited", but from my point of view, I'd call it " that looks awesome"
