Yep. Completely hate the idea but it still looks magnificent.
It does, and it looks quite good in powder blue.

I still don't know how I feel about the DW86.
It's more about the proportions than the engine swap. They've had to cut so much of the body off in order to fit the big tires required to handle that much power that it just looks somewhat wrong in the end.
Usually I say it's all wrong, but on this occasion, it's just so right. The only other "swap" I'd do to an AE86, is drop an F20C into it, which has been done before of course.
Or the BEAMS 3SGE from the Altezza, which looks fantastic when fitted with individual throttle bodies.
If a Japanese license plate became a car, that's what it would look like.
I don't know to react to this statement...@CLowndes888 I think you posted in the wrong thread.
For some reason I read this as the Hayabusa...Hakosuka
The best colours for it are grey, black and red. It just looks perfect

And white.
And I don't like the Hayabusa that much. It's an incredible engineering feat and I understand why it's built like that but it looks like a whale.
I know this might be a car only thread but I found this custom Cagiva Mito and I love it, It's called the Scorpion Performance
Looks like a Ducati948.916/748
Both were styled by Massimo Tamburini, along with the F4 MV Agusta 👍
So what is the motor sourced from? Or is it a custom V4 made especially for that bike?
Sitting in the front seat of a V8-swapped Beetle is like sitting in the backseat of a standard Beetle, and I'd still take an aircooled even if that weren't the case...
If it goes like it looks then yes.
Copper-plated, extremely low offset wheels and a tacky, tacked-on widebody kit...good money says it doesn't, and even if it does, functional ≠ tasteful. If it goes like it looks then yes.
