YES. Totally agree. Any non clean racers will be cut from the club. I don't want this club getting a bad rep. Errors are ok but if someone is just ramming people on purpose then they will have to find another club.

My first recommendation MuchoJimbo is that I find good etiquette in letting fellow racers know that you are about to pass them, and where you are about to pass them from...as in, are you coming in from the left, right, etc.
If you wipe out along side the track, and come back on, let others know you are returning to the track, and wait for cars that you could possibly hit, pass you by first before getting back on.
Save all your replays. If at the end of the race you feel someone did something intentional, we can all watch the replays and decide.

It's fine for rivals mode and all of the community features, but sadly, I'll probably have to pass on the online racing for the time being

Not sure if you will need to yet. I think I need to most likely being I'm the Club Pres and need to send out invites to everyone when I set up the club. I will be working on getting everyone that's listed in the OP on my friends list this weekend so I can have everyones GT's ready to go the morning of release. I will be putting the playing part aside until I get the club up and running with everyone's invites sent out.

I am taking you both out in the first turn of every race.
If I may also add, while mics shouldn't be necessarily required they should be encouraged. Using voice communication to tell other drivers you are going to pass instead of watching for on car cues cuts down on confusion.

EDIT: I also realized a few days ago that someone on XBL sent me a friend request and I ignored it. Whoever it was, if it was for the FM4 GTP Race Club re-send it and if you are in the list I'll add ya 👍

Not sure if we can have THAT MANY rules. I like the idea but things like swearing for instance. For the most part we are all adults here (or young adults in some cases). I don't want to be kicking people out just for a curse word. If they are verbally abusing people then that's different but someone says "s***" I just "******" up that last corner on occasion, then I am not kicking someone out for that.
I like the rules but that list would have to be cut down significantly. I would probably only keep like 25% of it in all honesty. Some may be added later on if me and Bogie feel that an on going problem needs to be resolved.
