I have changed my mind. I was a bit too annoyed at this time. Im taking a break so i wont be on for a while. Probably IF the BS stops and/or Kaz stops putting in every gtr that has ever exited and listens to the fans. Think it's beat we all took a little a break until all this calms down. If we all end up arguing in a room, that's how teams crumble. I might be the newest member but I don't want the team to go the same way that ADT is.

I know the struggles & frustrations you go through leading a team since you're responsible for it. You should never let small arguments or disagreemets affect your actions. First sleep over it and then make your decisions. That's not meant towards you 3pic, but to all team leaders out there.

Stress is the main contributing factor, having to put up with everything that goes on and being the main blame every time a member acts up or goes off on someone. Things happen, sometimes our emotions get the best of us but hey we're only human and nobody is perfect. As @levitt1991 said, maybe we need to take a break until this whole situation regarding ADT is forgotten, I think that has put us all a little on edge, I know @a3picGamer47 and myself weren't too happy when those accusations were very loosely thrown about and I can't imagine that anyone else on MMI was either.

I wasn't annoyed by the accusations, it's the disrespect and denial that got me. Can't help anyone out without getting it thrown back in your face. As far as I'm concerned now, if anyone outside the team asks for help they will get redirected to this site.

Things have just gotten terrible in the GT Drag Community, nobody seems to want help unless it's from a friend of theirs. I've been kicked out of lobbies for giving advise and get constantly ridiculed saying the way I tune is wrong, all this from people who don't even know what a transmission flip is. At this point people seem to be beyond help because they wont listen to reason or accept advise. The last thing I will provide the community with is the car class list which will give everyone a better idea of what cars run well together on an even tree, so far I am a little over 100 cars into that but it is time consuming.

I agree to what you are saying. I was in a room yesterday with a kid I helped back about a two months ago. He didn't know about the ebrake or anything. So I helped him with button config, transmission setup, and sort forth. I even gave home my zr1 tune since I can give a rats arse about that car. So I raced with him the other day. He beats me a couple times. Unfortunately I have to much going on to focus on my tree. So I say good job bro! Then he starts talking smack about how I am slow and his car has better tunes. I just laugh it off because if it wasn't for me he would still being using circle as his ebrake.
